Peter who arrived to do the work was polite and friendly. We had very poor reception on freeview T.V. He checked every item from aerial to T.V. seems to have done the job. price was good, highly recommend.
Pete went above and beyond with the job I required of him. I cannot recommend him high enough. He was efficient and extremely professional in his job, while at the same time, friendly and explaining how everything worked in a manner that I could understand. All at a very competitive price.
Peter came before booked date knowing we had problems, he was fantastic. We had a number of issues with our television signal. He went through everything to find the problem putting up a new aerial to test the signal that didn't work, putting the old one back up. Took the old booster off the aerial, made a simple joint on the aerial and replaced the second booster inside the house. Altered the old cables to fitted new booster, retuned all three TVs and set up the TVs to get a better sound and picture, spent over two hours up and down the ladder. He was charming and very helpful giving me advice how to get the best out of my televisions, which codes to use. And the price he charged was £90 for all that work. He is what you call a proper tradesman and I wish his company all the best for the future. Would recommend people in Derbyshire use him.
Pete came to resolve an issue I had with a new Freesat box. Freesat customer services had been useless and offered no help but Pete made two calls to my house to ensure everything was working and he resolved the problem. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!
I cannot speak highly enough as a pensioner, I wouldn't use anyone else. They are a very genuine family business with old style dedication.
Today, Pete came to fix a satellite dish fault. The service he provided was excellent. He spent time making sure the TV's setup was optimal and improved our viewing experience, as well as fixing the fault. Very impressed.

Bad service. *Traders Reply* We try to answer all calls ASAP. During an initial call we try to obtain information about the customers aerial/satellite problem or issue. In some instances the problem is technical and needs further discussion or a site survey to asses the job. (I can only assume that this customer required further investigation to be able to proceed with a quote . At the time this customer rang we were experiencing a very heavy amount of calls due to atmospherics affecting many peoples reception nationwide. We were inundated with calls. Favell Aerials prides itself over good customer service and has excellent feedback from many highly satisfied customers. we are sorry if we failed to call back this customer it was unintentional and unfortunately this seems to be a one off that must have slipped the net

Great service provided by Peter today, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Quickly diagnosed what was wrong and sorted everything so T.V. now has great quality signal and picture. Everything was thoroughly explained and we were very happy with the reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

They are truly amazing. I have used them before, but we where flooded in October, and when we explained this to them they came out straight away and sorted everything out in the caravan that we are staying in until our house is done. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They are friendly and polite, they are really lovely people.
I could not get a signal on any of my tv's with the normal aerial. Peter came when agreed and diagnosed the problem straight away. After fitting a new booster box in the loft the problem was solved. He also retuned all the tv's. Peter was a very friendly and knowledgeable guy and I would use again without hesitation.

Pete came to do an aerial repair. He was on time. Dealt with the problem effectively plus he retuned the tv and we now have a brilliant picture as well. He also flagged up that we have a broken tile on the roof. An extremely charming and knowledgeable tradesman. All at a very competitive price. Highly recommend.

Rang for our TV and aerials to be checked due to problems, call dealt with Richard and details of visit given. Peter came on time and day given, the work was dealt with quickly and efficiently, everything was explained in a friendly cheerful manner and the cost was acceptable due to the time taken to clear the problem. I would have no hesitation to recommend this company to anyone. I would certainly give 5 Stars for the excellent service given.
Excellent service starting with Peter's mum on the phone, such a nice lady, followed by Peter arriving as expected, getting to work immediately, advising me what to do if the plastic bird spikes he was attaching to the aerial did not solve the problem and finally checking the T.V. reception and updating the channels for me. Excellent service when I required a new TV aerial.
We needed an aerial at our property but were unsure what route to go down, I contacted R and S Favell Aerials and Satellites and they pointed me in the right direction. Pete came to our property and completed all the work necessary and more. I will definitely be using them again for any of my satellite needs.
Peter was very friendly, very helpful, and very efficient. Came when he said he would, did a really good job, and gave me a lot of useful tips.
So pleased we found this company via the Trusted Trader website. Pete arrived on time, listened to our aerial problems and gave us his honest opinion. Nothing was too much for Pete and he set up our TV correctly, installed new electronics on our satellite dish and even removed our very ancient TV aerial from the roof. Being aged, disabled, and with cancer and nearly bedbound, I had awkward wiring requirements to fit my Freesat system needs. Peter went to extreme lengths to ensure I got what I wanted, his work is superb, he is friendly, cheerful, highly efficient, tidy and extremely patient in explaining the workings of the system installed. He deserves a status HIGHER than trusted trader.

Outstanding service. Came same day to sort my satellite dish connection for a great price. Old fashioned friendly service combined with top notch technical know-how. Was given option to change an old part but equally told it would last but would fail eventually and just call them out when it did. Never felt pressured, just got honest advice. Checked TV was working and reset some of my TV settings which massively improved picture quality and performance. I was absolutely amazed, it was like having a new TV. Its rare I have been so impressed with a company. Its true what other reviewers have said - you really don't want to go anywhere else!
Peter came to replace the cable running from the aerial on the roof, very friendly guy and before we knew it he was on the roof and the issue was resolved. Very good service, would recommend.

It's a pity that all feed back has to be done via the computer now as there are still many elderly who do not use one. Rather an ageist decision! Please reconsider.

Having used Favells on previous occasions, I knew how good they are. We were prepared to wait for a few days for their services, as they were extremely busy. Pete came and immediately diagnosed the problem and rectified it. We also raised concerns about the security of our aerial. Again this was rectified by replacing the entire bracket. A fair price for a brilliant job. Thanks Pete. Highly recommended.
We had a Freeview box fitted by Favells and they were extremely helpful. There was a problem we had with it and had to call them back, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and she phoned us back twice to see if she could help. Peter came and sorted the problem for us and was extremely patient with us as we are not very technical! He was very polite and helpful and would recommend this company again and feel at ease that if there was any other problems we could call on this company to help. Bravo Flavells 5 star service!
We can highly recommend this TV engineer. We have used this family business years ago so knew who to contact again. However, it is the son that runs the business now, and he is lovely. Trustworthy, punctual, extremely pleasant and helpful. Did a first class job and very, very reasonable. Don't go anywhere else.

This service would take some beating, I spoke to someone on the phone and when I described what I wanted he said I was wasting my money and I could do it myself if I wanted to but the job was not necessary and I had all I needed. A lot would have come and charged me but it is reassuring to know there are still genuine people out there who take pride in their business. I would not hesitate to use again if needed. Thank you.

Peter was unable to call at my house due to lockdown but talked me through sorting the problem myself with a view to him calling round after lockdown. No charge for his time. What a community spirit!!!!
Didn't actually have this company come to the house in the end, but they gave great advise on the phone and were extremely friendly. They called back as soon as they were trading after lock down to check my issue had been resolved. Would recommend without a doubt and wouldn't call anyone else if I have issues in the future! Lovely people.
Excellent service rang for advice regarding my conservatory TV not working during lockdown. Pete couldn't do enough for me, talked me through all the process of retuning my TV and advice on the connection. On the phone a good 1/2 hour and several text messages, absolutely fantastic service would recommend to anyone.
Excellent service. Job turned out to lot more complicated than first thought, but he stuck with it and persevered, absolutely determined to resolve our reception issues, which he did. Very personable, and knowledgeable young man, who obviously takes pride in doing a good job. Very clear about what he was doing and why. He was here for nearly 3 hrs, but the price was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.
