It was so refreshing to find someone who knew what he was talking about, who was prepared to be thorough in investigating our reception problems, who didn't replace more than he needed to, who turned up when he said he would, who fitted in around me and my house, who was easy-going and efficient, who didn't want to leave in a hurry before the job was fully done. Dave solved multiple problems and even re-tuned our TVs so we can receive East Midlands signal which we haven't been able to do for 20+ years! The bill was very reasonable too. So thanks and well done Dave of Abbey Aerials. Very happy to recommend.

Five star service. Dave was absolutely brilliant. He installed a new aerial and resolved the problems with my tv reception, all for a very fair price and all very neat and tidy. After retuning the tv he took the time to carefully explain certain aspects that I wasn't aware of and he didn't leave until he was sure that the tv was working properly and I was happy with everything. He also had the decency to ring me later in the day to make sure that everything was still ok. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend. Thank you Dave.

Absolutely delighted with Abbey Aerials for their reassuring approach to customer service and with the technical competence, fair pricing and affable nature of the proprietor who attended to fix my aerial system and TV tuning.
I had a Smart TV upstairs that was pixelating on some of the channels. Dave came out at the time arranged, did tests on the TV and finally explained that I'd need a new aerial. He promptly fitted the new aerial and went above and beyond by explaining a few great features on my new TV. Very friendly, knowledgeable guy and charged a good price. Would not hesitate in recommending him, in fact I already have!
First Class service all round - even contactable on Sunday!!!.Roof aerial blew down in high winds. Dave came to give a price and arrived exactly when arranged. Professional job by Dave, he even retuned TV for best reception. One month on and all still working fine. Glad to recommend them!

We called Dave to ask if he could remove an old Sky dish and he came within a few hours to carry out the work. He also resolved a problem we were having with TV reception at no extra charge. Dave came back a few days later and fitted a new aerial. Excellent customer service. Very polite and helpful.
Very quick availability Sunday to Tuesday. Fitted aerial extension. Ran a feed from aerial down the side of the house, directly into the point required. Did a good job. No mess. Charged a fair price.
Dave was friendly and did an excellent job adding an aerial at my Mum's house. He also tightened up the current aerial, cleared away an old sky dish and cable and made recommendations for future work. What a brilliant experience. Everything wrong with my TV Ariel in my new house kind of fell into Dave's sweet spot and he swept through my house and it's multi fascinated TV Ariel issues, and as I was on a conference call with work I emerged afterwards and everything and more was fixed. Redundant cables were removed, my TV now has an excellent signal, and my garish white Ariel cable snaking across my roof was replaced by a pinned down black cable that blended in with my roof tiles. Genius

The service received was perfect, great communication throughout and explained all that was needed and how much it'd cost. They even tuned in both TVs and left as though they'd never been, couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Paul arrived on time and explained what I should have and where to situate my new aerial, which worked out better for me than where I thought it should have gone. Good bloke and felt I had picked the right man for the job. I would recommend Paul after doing a great job.
Phone on a Saturday and he came out as promised on Sunday right on time. He was up on the roof and found the fault immediately. However it started to snow and I thought Dave would call it a day but no he finished the job professionally and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. He went above and beyond, installed splitters, a booster and extra cable for only a fraction more that what he originally quoted and then to boot helped me fix a problem on another TV completely separate to what I had called him about. He was very polite and very friendly and completed the job in a professional manner including a follow up call to see if I was still satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abbey Aerials and Dave and there's no way on this earth would I climb ladders so he is worth every penny!
