Excellent service but most important is the fact that he came when he said he would. Too many builders let you down and don't turn up. I would definitely recommend and not hesitate to use Dean again.

Dean came to our property to advise on sorting out a long standing leak in the roof. He quickly ascertained the problem, having
experienced the same on many properties, advised and produced a fair quote. Work was completed on time to high standard he supplied
photos and followed regulations, we are in a conservation area, and any other issues that arose were dealt with professionally. He
organised scaffolding and cleaned up afterwards. All I have to do is wait for the walls to dry to commence further interior work.

I contacted Dean in the afternoon about a roof leak, and he arranged to come round the next morning. He found and fixed the problem, then followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was OK. The weather was very wet by then, and none of it was coming in. Dean
was pleasant, knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with. He communicated clearly and did what he said he would do. I would
definitely use him again and recommend him.
