Jamie changed our bath for a walk in shower and also replaced our downstairs toilet and basin. He was recommended to us by a friend. He worked really hard and did a really good job. He cleared up after himself every day, hoovering round to leave it clean. He was respectful of our house, using dust sheets where needed. We are really pleased with the work that he did. Would recommend Jamie to others.
Jamie has carried out multiple plumbing jobs for me over the last few years. He is very thorough and does a very good job. I have used other plumbers before in the past, and Jamie is by far the best and is the only plumber I will use and trust now. Jamie recently completed a full bathroom renovation for me. His work and advice was exceptional, you can tell that he takes great pride and care in his work and ensuring his customers are happy. He works extremely hard and has done an excellent job on my bathroom, the finished room looks great. Jamie is very honest and a pleasant person to have working in your home. I would highly recommend Jamie for any plumbing, heating or bathroom refurbs.
Jamie did an excellent job, both in workmanship and attention to detail. He took out the bath and fitted a walk-in shower complete with new flooring. I would highly recommend him for any bathroom refurbishments.
Jamie has completed a major refurbishment of our bathroom. This involved completely removing the previous bathroom suite and tiles and installing the new suite in a different configuration, including fully tiling walls and floor and installing underfloor heating. He faced a number of challenges all of which he resolved in a thoughtful and determined way and we valued his suggestions for improvements. His workmanship is meticulous and the resulting tiling is superb. He ensured everything was fully functional, paying attention to the smallest details. We are delighted with our new bathroom and can highly recommend Jamie as a top-class tradesman.

Jamie is a first class tradesman. He came as agreed and work continuously until the job was completed. Fully kept us informed of how the work was progressing. Very polite and happy to offer advice on little tweaks to improve the completed bathroom. He has carried out other heating and plumbing work in the past to a high standard. Very trustworthy. Good old fashioned service.
Jamie actually came recommended from another trades person, though the reviews on this site would have just confirmed he was the right person. He is so talented. He tackled every aspect of the interior of a completely refurbished bathroom. Meticulous, such attention to detail, skilled, and very capable. Metro tiled wallboards created a challenge but Jamie's determination was to create as perfect as possible, a continual swath of tiles from shower, continuing with a splash back to the bath and cabinetry area. Looks fab. I recommend him without hesitation. You won't be disappointed.
We were looking to have our Bathroom completely modernised and for a tradesman that could do everything. Jamie was recommended to us by a friend. He was the best recommendation we have ever had. Our bathroom looks amazing thanks to Jamie. He is very professional, keeps you informed all the way through and works really hard to complete the job. I would 100% recommend him.
Came out on a Saturday to a leaky toilet, no extortionate call out fee, and efficiently found the problem and fixed it. Would have no hesitation in using them again.
Jamie came to service my Worcester Bosh boiler. Although I had to wait a couple of weeks as he was busy, he was prompt and on time as arranged. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again. His fee was very reasonable.
Jamie fitted a shower in our bathroom following discovery of rotten floorboards caused by a longstanding leak from behind the existing shower. The possibility existed that the floor joists would need replacing as well as the floorboards and Jamie explained that at the outset. However this was not the case although some cutting out of the stud walling was required. All work was done to a very high standard and the disruption to us was minimal and everything was kept very tidy. Jamie's dad was roped in to help bringing his many years of plumbing experience along too. I can unequivocally recommend Jamie and will certainly use his services again if required.
A shame I can't award Jamie and Lloyd 6 stars instead of 5. They were superb. My original shower had leaked so badly that two joists beneath had completely rotted through. This only became apparent when Jamie had stripped out the old shower tray. He rebuilt the floor, replaced rotten plasterwork and waterproofed the walls before he could begin installing the new shower cubicle. Highly knowledgeable, practical problem solving, superb workmanship, neat and tidy at the end of each day, competitive pricing - need I say more?
Excellent service. Complete bathroom update, from initial planning, through installation and encountering odd problems, Jamie was meticulous and professional. Showed particular attention to detail for use and aesthetics. Really clean and tidy, minimised home disruption. Would highly recommend - and have done!
Jamie and his dad Lloyd have recently done a full bathroom renovation for us. We were so nervous after a disappointing and rubbish time with our house extension/ "builder" last year… but these guys have completely built back our trust in proper tradesmen! Jamie and Lloyd were fantastic from start to finish! Jamie listened to what we envisaged for the old tired bathroom and unlike other companies without hesitation he was confident it could be done! Excellent workmanship, organisation, communication, on time, tidy and everything done to perfection. Can't recommend J L Grocutt plumbing enough!

Lloyd and Jamie did a major refurb of my bathroom, replacing a bath with a walk in shower, retiling, and installing LVT flooring. Because I live in a converted barn there were a few plumbing problems that they had to sort out but they did a brilliant job to a very high standard and at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the result and have already asked them to do a full overhaul of my on-suite. I would recommend them to anyone.
Lloyd and Jamie did a comprehensive re-fit of our en-suite bathroom. They did an excellent job of fitting bathroom furniture, shower, tiling and flooring. The quality of their work is superb and nothing is too much trouble. They are very tidy workers and leave the job clean and tidy every night.
Known through recommendation and trial Jamie serviced our old back boiler and gas fire for many years , hence having Jamie and his dad Lloyd to install a new central heating boiler and fireplace. Superb workmanship, done cleanly and efficiently - in a Covid secure and friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic!
Jamie did a very good job for us, he came on time, kept a good space, and wore a face-covering throughout, he laid out floor coverings to protect our carpets and took off his shoes when he arrived. A very tidy and efficient tradesman. We certainly will use him again for our next plumbing or heating work, well done and a fair price.
