Needed an emergency visit. DB came within a couple of hours. Was polite and efficient advising call out fee before starting the job. I was impressed how he prioritises.

Dan arrived to give us an estimate at the time he said. When we agreed everything he turned up when he said. No messing he got straight on with the job. He was professional and kept us up to speed. Lovely man and polite. Would use again.
Dan was very friendly and professional. He repaired a gas leak, checked the system and got our central heating up and running for us. We rang him at 5p.m and he came round at 7.15, outside his normal working hours. Didn't charge extra for this. He did a really good job and we were very pleased with the modification to the pipe work making it much safer for future use. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Phoned Dan Monday morning about faulty immersion heater, he called in Monday afternoon to scope the work. Came back Tuesday afternoon with all the required new parts and finished the work in under an hour, excellent.

My boiler gave up on Christmas Day so I contacted Dan on the 27th. He arranged for someone to come out that day. Although the boiler was unrepairable he and Matthew from MDM Plumbing and Heating, sourced and fitted a new boiler on the 3rd January. They were quick, clean efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend either of them.
