After good service from our ancient boiler, we needed a full removal of our old system and the installation of a new combi-boiler and 8 radiators for our 3-bed semi. From Scott?s first visit to assess, and then to quote, and during the completion of the whole works, we were so impressed. He is punctual, professional, explains everything so well, and his work is competitively priced.
Scott focused solely on our job for a week, giving it the full time needed for a quality installation - he completed long working days to do so.
His work is wonderfully neat and tidy with exceptional workmanship and attention to detail : we have kept some of the copper pipework visible because it looks so aesthetically pleasing!
It is rare these days to encounter such quality service. SDB Heating is the epitome of this, and we have no hesitation in recommending Scott unreservedly. We won?t be looking anywhere else for our plumbing and heating needs.
We needed a complete new central heating system and boiler. This
required removing the old system, boiler and tank, and installing a new combination boiler and six new radiators. We also requested a new shower unit running off the new boiler. Scott initially viewed the work required and promptly provided an estimate which we subsequently accepted. Scott explained what was required throughout the
installation, identified any problems and answered any questions that we had. Scott worked hard, completing the job in 4 days. He was
friendly, punctual, professional, and precise. He takes pride in his work and the end result is excellent. We unreservedly recommend SDB
Heating.
Scott came out the same day I contacted him as my boiler started
hissing and dripping water. He quickly identified the issue and had the replacement part in stock. He completed the repair the same day which was amazing and at a good price. Highly recommend Scott and will be using him again.
Scott responded quickly when I phoned him with an issue with my
boiler and having obtained the replacement part carried out the
repair the next day, all at a reasonable price. Would be confident to use SDB Heating again.
