Such a great company to do business with. Paul was very nice and helpful explaining the car I was looking to buy really well. It was delivered by a really friendly and knowledgeable guy too. The service was brilliant from start to finish. The car also came with a 12 month warranty which is a great! I would definitely buy from them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. At last a company that is easy to deal with and friendly on top of that! Very happy with the car too!

I have been looking for a good quality wheelchair accessible vehicle for some time, local to me in North Yorkshire. After looking at numerous vehicles and not finding anything at the right price or quality I broadened the distance of the search. So so glad I did! Came across this company and saw what I thought was the ideal vehicle. Asked Paul who I think is the owner if the vehicle was in as good condition as it appeared in the pics, he said it was, so I took his word. The car was delivered today to York and to say we were delighted is a huge understatement! The car is as new! It's been serviced, MOT'd, and comes with a 12 month warranty, Nick, who delivered the car was a lovely guy too. I honestly can't believe the last time I experienced this kind of customer service anywhere! *Customer Feedback* Dealing with this company has caused me a great deal of distress. Firstly I was sold a completely inappropriate diesel car, despite the fact that I made it clear that, as an elderly woman, I drove extremely cautiously, and for less than 4k miles per annum. The car has been returned at least 3 times to this company under warranty, after showing the same Engine Fault warning light. The car was even placed with an external garage for two days on one occasion hence incurring a cost for this company and yet they have been unable to provide me with any paperwork regarding what the fault was, and what was done to fix it. I began to suspect nothing was being done, and feared facing a costly bill when the warranty expired. This is precisely what has happened. My own mechanic has been unable to repair the vehicle. After 'plugging the car into diagnostics' he tried and failed, and returned the car to me, with no warning light visible, until the next time. It appears that this is precisely what Wholesale Car Company have done. The car is now booked into a specialist Peugeot garage. I am dreading the bill. *Traders Reply* We are never happy to hear that one of our customers feels that they have not had good dealings with us. However, our customers have full freedom to buy or test any car available. We always listen to our customers' needs and try our best to ensure that the vehicle is more than suitable for them. We always explain the difference with petrol and diesel and issue literature explaining the ins and outs of these engines. We had this vehicle in a couple of times with no faults showing. We have collected and returned this vehicle and provided a courtesy car every time, even though this is not a part of our regular service. After 9 months into the warranty the customers local garage was also unable to find a fault present. This vehicle is almost 3 months over the 12-month warranty now, and if a fault could be diagnosed, we had offered a contribution towards any costs

Really positive experience helping my parents buy a wheelchair enabled vehicle from this company. Can't rate them enough and thank them for all they did. Would definitely recommend to anyone waiting to purchase this type of vehicle, especially those that are not really sure what suits their needs.

Excellent service from start to finish. Paul was very knowledgeable and patient, could not do anything else to put me at ease. This was my first experience buying a WAV vehicle also the first time I have had to do this on my own at 65 years of age. Paul made a very scary experience into a good one. Using self propelled and motorised wheelchairs, I realised a wheelchair accessible vehicle would be advantageous, so searched the Internet and found a website called the Wholesale Car Company specialising in WAV vehicles. Talking with Paul and Jon, the proprietors, I explained that I needed to know the positives of a WAV, that were specific to my mobility requirement. Both were professional knowledgeable and helpful, such that without any pressure from them I decided to purchase from them. The experience went from good to great, as I chose a vehicle, a delivery date was set, was told that delivery driver Nick would explain everything until my wife and I were satisfied we knew all we needed to know and then take our car that we were part exchanging, away. All the above were carried out as promised, excellent and we had our car. We needed Paul's after sales actions on a minor problem that was sorted out quickly to our complete satisfaction. Contacting Paul at WCC was our second attempt at buying a WAV. The first very unsuccessful and we returned the vehicle. Speaking with Paul, a whole different experience, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, helpful. I still had a fear of an internet buy over a very long distance, having bought sight seen and driven all my life. Paul put my mind at rest enough to try again, we agreed and he arranged the free delivery from Ilkeston to Cornwall. The delivery driver, Nick, was again friendly, polite, knowledgeable and took us through all we needed to be shown, even loading Mum aboard in her wheelchair to take the vehicle for our test drive. The vehicle was showroom clean. All service records/history were presented. Just all-round excellent service as hoped for. We had an intermittent 'Service' warning light show up on the test drive which was noted. This turned out to be an engine fault warning which WCC asked us to take to our local dealer for diagnosis and resolution Paul, Richard and John at WCC were all spot on, helping us through the easiest warranty event ever dealing direct with the dealer in Cornwall, Thank you so much

*Customer Feedback* I cannot see how they can justify the £6,000 loss I made in my dealings with them, it's quite obvious from their reply to me they are unprepared to break that figure down. I had the WAV for 15 weeks, I did 1.635 miles. It was returned in pristine condition. I feel that they absolutely took advantage of my husband's disability and subsequent death. Which obviously has left me in an emotional vulnerable state. *Traders Reply* Mrs XXX approached us to see if we would buy back her vehicle, as we are a specialist car dealer in low volume adapted vehicles our margins are greater than they would be were we a conventional high volume dealer. What we offer is a superb customer service which included going out to this customer on two occasions to resolve a couple of issues she had and getting a new key for her and having it reprogrammed at her house for minimum inconvenience something you don't get from main dealers. We offered to exchange her car for a conventional car direct from Motability for which we are an approved dealer with no profit accruing to us. Mrs XXX however chose the next day to part exchange the car to a Honda dealer in Chesterfield. I think our feedback and Google reviews speak for themselves.

This was our first experience of buying a WAV and Wholesale Car Company and Paul in particular made this an extremely easy process. From our very first contact with the company everyone we spoke to was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating when a last minute hitch on our behalf meant we had to change the delivery date of the vehicle. They gave us a great price on our existing car without even seeing it and the handover/exchange of the cars was very smooth thanks to Nick who delivered the car to a location of our choosing as we were unable to make the 5 hour round trip to view it. He demonstrated all the features including loading and unloading my dad in his wheel chair with patience and good humour. I needed a wheelchair adapted vehicle, where the wheelchair drives into the back of the vehicle as my husband was finding it difficult to transfer into the car. This has to be the best vehicle buying experience ever. We were met by Chris who advised us to park in the showroom so my wife could get out of our car into her wheelchair in comfort. As Chris has years of experience we were shown a range of WAVs to suit our needs and steered away from ones that were unsuitable. Certainly no hard sell here! When we had chosen a WAV it was explained to us how the comprehensive warranty worked, that a clean 12 month MOT would be issued and delivered for free no matter where we lived in the country. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the chap who delivered the WAV but he was very friendly and spent time demonstrating how everything worked to make sure we were satisfied with it. They were very helpful when we were trying to identify a suitable wheelchair access vehicle and even delivered the car we chose for a test drive prior to us agreeing to the purchase. Wholesale Car Company, especially Chris, deserve Top Marks! I went there first because they were closest WAV outlet to home, but in the end didn't bother looking anywhere else. They had the right car at the right price I'd done lots of online research. There was no pressure, just lots of patience answering all my weird questions and showing me how the adaptations work. I find the whole prospect of car-buying incredibly daunting, but I felt in good hands here. Together with the 12 month warranty and all the good Trusted Trader reviews, that gave me the confidence to buy. Went straight into 4 months COVID Lockdown, so not been able to properly put car through its paces yet. However, so far so good, except last week I had a problem lowering the ramp. Contacted Chris to ask for advice on what to do and he immediately said 'bring it in, we'll sort it out under warranty.' Turns out ramp was fine, it was just me out of practice. and being too gentle with it. But they replaced both dampers for me any way! Fantastic! Really Easy and Smooth now.
