Steve the engineer from blue flame, was thorough clean and efficient.
The work to be carried out was explained and an estimate of cost given. 5 days later Joe and Dan were on the job and after just a day and a half our mum was back with hot water and heating after months of problems. The young guys were punctual, worked tirelessly and with minimal noise and disruption. They were courteous and respectful and showed understanding of an older person's needs. They cleaned up well after themselves and explained what they'd done and how to work the new system. We would highly recommend Blue Flame. Thanks guys.

Our Central Heating boiler packed up on Boxing Day and within 2 hours of making a call to Blue Flame it was repaired and back to normal. The level of service received from Mick, who took the initial call, and from Dave the engineer, who repaired the boiler, was excellent to say the least. We have been with Blue Flame for a number of years and always found them to be highly reliable, friendly and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I rang Blue Flame for a service and safety certificate on the boiler and gas fire, price was competitive and they also were willing to come out between Christmas and New Year. Rhys arrived on time, very friendly and very helpful advice given and he also explained the various documents afterwards, he did a very thorough job on both the service and safety check as well as vacuuming and cleaning up after, something that quite a few bigger companies won't actually do! I will certainly use Blue Flame again and would certainly also recommend!
The central heating system was over 20 years old and in need of a major update. A new boiler and hot water cylinder have been installed together with the necessary controls and pipework. Lee and his colleagues worked to high standards and it was clear that customer satisfaction is an important priority. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Blueflame Heatplan Ltd.
