I recently purchased a bedroom carpet from Valley Carpets and I'm very glad that I did. Mick came out with samples of good quality carpets and was very helpful with the choosing. The quote was very reasonable and within 2 weeks of ordering, it was fitted. On the day, Jordan got straight to work fitting the carpet; clearing and tidying as he went along. Also vacuumed afterwards. I was very pleased with his workmanship and the carpet when fitted. Both Mick and Jordan are easy to get on with and experienced in their work. I would very much recommend them and Valley Carpets.
Excellent service from start to finish. Helped me pick a quality carpet in store and booked to have it fitted around my other commitments. On the day fitters did a fab job. I'm super happy with the result. So soft and fluffy under foot!
Excellent service from Mick who was extremely knowledgeable on the various quality of carpets and helped us narrow down our choices. We took a few samples home to make our final choice before Mick came to measure up for our stairs and landing. He promptly rang the next day with our quote. We didn't have to wait too long for our order and the carpet was fitted by Jordan who is an excellent fitter. Jordan worked non stop and was very respectful, he insisted on tidying up and hoovering before he left. We needed a new carpet for the hall, stairs and landing, Mick brought samples when he came to measure up and quoted a reasonable price. Start was about three weeks from order, and carpet fitter Jordan did a first class job. Very pleased, highly recommend, would use this company again.
Found Valley Carpets on a recommendation from several people that I know. Michael came out and measured and gave a very fair quote. On fitting day Michael and Jordan did a fantastic job and even hooved our new carpet. I can highly recommend this local business.

Michael and colleague turned up on time. They were courteous and friendly. We provided our own carpet and underlay which was fitted beautifully - not an easy task as our house is very old and doesn't possess a single level floorboard. No mess whatsoever and very good price. Communication excellent. Many companies won't fit carpets if they don't provide them. I'm glad Michael does and will definitely use again and recommend.

Fabulous experience! Mick worked around my working hours to come and measure up, let me look at samples and provide a quote, he then kept in touch frequently to arrange a fitting date this time working around me decorating and answer all the questions I had. Mick and his colleague were polite, friendly and professional. The carpet was fitted within 2 hours and we are so happy with it. The product is of great quality and feels so luxurious under our feet! We have now used Michael's services twice. We first used him to fit a bedroom carpet that we had purchased. He did such a good job, we then asked him to supply and fit carpets for our hall, landing and stairs, and dining room and lounge. We are really pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.
Our dad had been extremely ill and in hospital for five weeks. A few days prior to his discharge back home, we thought that it would be nice to have a new carpet fitted in his lounge as a 'welcome home' surprise. But had we left it too late? After explaining our wish to Mick of Michael Brown carpets he and colleague Jordan pulled out all the stops to make sure a new carpet was chosen, ordered, collected and fitted - all within a matter of days. Mick and Jordan removed the old carpet for us, even helping to move heavy furniture out of the room and replacing it all when the new carpet was down. They were friendly, courteous and 'highly qualified' professional fitters. And for a first-class, quality service, the price was very acceptable too! I will definitely be using Michael Brown Carpets again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this caring, skilled and professional company.
Michael supplied and fitted a new living room carpet for us this week. This was the 3rd time he had done work for us and as before did an excellent job. Both he and his colleague are reliable and efficient and we can highly recommend them.
