Jo initially came round to give a price for cleaning our house once a week. She listened to what we wanted and agreed to start soon after. After a couple of weeks, Jo took a new cleaner on, Laura. Jo did one session with Laura to show her round and from then on Laura has come once a week on her own. She is always friendly and polite and asks us if there are any areas we want her to focus on. She takes pride in her job and works very hard for the entire three hours she is at our property. We can trust her to do a good job and that she will always do her best.
