About Bespoke Blinds & Poles
We have been continuously trading since 2007. Although based in Sheffield, our showroom is less than a mile from the Derbyshire border, and we carry out a lot of work in NE Derbyshire. We pride ourselves on high-quality products and services, with all products carrying a guarantee from 1-5years, depending on supplier. Although we do not charge for local quotes, we do pre-check budgets by asking questions and providing a verbal estimate based on the info supplied, to ensure our customer has no surprises should they wish to proceed to past this point (we do charge for the measure service for further afield, although this is refunded against a confirmed order). We have a beautiful showroom that showcases the best of what we do, and is available to visit by booking a free, no-obligation appointment Personally, my husband Neil is a First Responder in NE Derbyshire, and I volunteer at a local allotment society in the area.

Maxine and Neil at Bespoke Blinds and poles are very efficient, give helpful advice, communicate well and keep to agreed dates and times. Neil is a clean and tidy worker and leaves no mess.
We couldn't recommend Bespoke Blinds highly enough. We had them fit roof and side blinds to our conservatory. Maxine and Neil - whose business this is - are a delight to work with - from the initial visit to their rather impressive showroom, through to installation and after sales support. Every thing was done when they said it would be and the only variation in budget was to our advantage, which alone was impressive enough. All in all a very positive experience.
We had a fantastic experience with this company. We selected this company based on previous reviews and we immediately had a very good feeling after discussing our requirements with the Director Maxine Hayter. She made us feel very welcome and provided excellent suggestions that shaped our final decision. The installation date went as planned and the final product is excellent. The fitting team is also great, very friendly and efficient. They also provided us with excellent tips for the maintenance of the awning. So, overall, a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it. A great service from the initial consultation to the fitting - a pleasure to deal with.
We arranged an appointment to visit their premises and Maxine was able to run through the available products and answer any questions we had. Written quote was provided soon afterwards. We had one external blind and 6 internal roller blinds installed. Neil and his colleague turned up on time and carried out the work efficiently and tidily.
From the start Maxine and Neil went out of their way to help and advise us, at a private appointment, on materials and styles for living room curtains and blinds in a bedroom and a bathroom. We were shown a wide choice of styles and materials with expert advice both at the initial appointment and at the subsequent measuring-up. When we made our final choice we were given a date for the installation which took place exactly as planned and was carried out expertly and leaving no mess.

We have been more than pleased with the service and quality of shutters from Bespoke Blinds and Poles. To date we have had 5 rooms fitted with wooden shutters and on every occasion have been impressed with the professional service and quality of product. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for value for money, the best in quality product, friendly and helpful customer service and a very high standard of work when fitting them.
We have used this service many times before. On this occasion they supplied and fitted 2 pairs of curtains, one with a pole the other with track. Maxine is an expert in her field and had no difficulty in finding the correct fabric from the extensive choice offered and pointed us to the best means of hanging their curtains. Neal came and measured up and then did the fitting expertly at the time promised and at the price quoted. We would highly recommend their service for all your window covering needs.

Excellent service. They fitted Lux flex blinds for us. We had a few complicated things double height rooms and arched window but they came up with good solutions. Site team were friendly, expert and efficient. Communication from Maxine was great, even through lockdown. Their price was similar to the special offer discount price from a national company.
