Excellent service from Holywell Carpets. Martin came promptly to bring samples and give us a quote. Gareth expertly fitted the flooring in what is an old and rather wonky room. A lovely result at a fair price dealing with good people. Highly recommended and will certainly use again.

Excellent from start to finish yet again. We had amazing advice when choosing the lounge carpet, Steve and Martin are extremely knowledgeable and helped with our decision making. A good fitting time, really didn't have to wait long at all and the two fitters were professional, courteous and very helpful when moving our furniture. They left a very tidy job and after care advice. We would highly recommend them. Thank you, we will definitely be back soon for the next room!!

This service is exceptional from start to finish. It was a pleasure to deal with people who are knowledgeable, reliable and courteous. My genuine advice is to deal with Holywell Carpets. Don't shop around ..go straight to them. You will not regret it.

Have used Holywell Carpets before, so felt confident that I would get a good service. Very happy with my hallway, stairs, and landing carpet. Steve and Martin give good advice and are very helpful when you're trying to choose your carpet, there is vast choice at the shop. An appointment to measure up was very prompt and once the size is confirmed they point out which carpets, because of the width required, would be the best, to avoid unnecessary waste and therefore unnecessary cost. The two fitters were very nice young men, pleasant and polite who worked quickly and efficiently together. They removed and took away the old carpet, there is a small fee for that, but I think it's well worth it. Will certainly use again, they made the whole process much easier than other companies I've used. Highly recommend them.

We've used Holywell Carpets before - did a good job, so asked them about some LVT flooring for our dining room. The fitter Gareth was tidy, professional, worked hard and did a great job. He even helped with a kitchen flood we had after placing the order. We will be contacting them again in the new year. Very happy to recommend Holywell to others.

Don't Bother to go anywhere else!!! Now that I've got your attention, read the rest, this place is excellent. Steve has been committed throughout the whole process of choosing the flooring, been flexible about paying, has kept my artistic director, the wife!, very happy with his suggestions for the flooring that is! and ensured that we got what we wanted. This was all topped off today by a brilliant pair of fitters. Needless to say we are extremely happy to wholeheartedly recommend Holywell Carpets. Just be aware, as you go through your choices and don't let this put you off at all as you'll miss out but Steve could talk the hind legs off a donkey!!!

From start to finish I was very impressed with the high quality service from Steve and also extremely pleased with my carpet. Dale fitted 3 sets of stairs and landings perfectly. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.

Steve and his fitters provided excellent service from advice in the shop to actually fitting of the carpet. There was a good choice of carpets in the shop at competitive prices and the price given included the underlay and fitting. The dates offered were convenient and the fitter turned up on time, fitted the carpet, tidied up and left. He did an excellent job of the fitting and even refused the offer of a tea or coffee! Definitely would recommend Holywell Carpets
