Phoned Martin based on his great reviews. He came round and inspected the job. Provided a very good summary of the works required and gave a written quote there and then. Came round on date advised and did a wonderful job together with additional visits to complete the job. Even did some extra cleaning FOC. So pleased our fairly large drive is back to looking its best. We've booked him to do some extra work cleaning some driveway walls and rear steps at the house. Highly recommended.

The information provided on paper prior to the job was excellent, fully informing us of everything that was about to take place. The job was carried out to the highest standard with a thorough clean up after. The end product was great with a number of people commenting on how superb it looked. No problem at all in recommending this trader.
This is the second time I have used PPC. Martin is a lovely man, Straightforward and honest. He does a brilliant job at a fair price. The results are amazing. We had an issue with a random flying stone, which cracked a window. These things happen, a pure accident. Martin immediately accepted responsibility and arranged for it to be replaced. This is the sign of a true trustworthy business. Will happily use PPC again and happy to recommend.

*Customer Feedback* Was unhappy being charged for a chemical that I decided not to have.
*Traders Reply* I get it, but I'd ordered the chemical after she booked me in, therefore I had to pass the cost on. The chemical is a HSE Yes biocide and neutralises after it dries or it rains, all of which I explained, at the time of quotation and on the day. I think she got spooked out because I wear a mask during application, does look scary I guess but it's merely a precaution against airborne application, alas, despite my training and assurances about the product's safety after applying, she insisted she didn't want it.
We use Martin every couple of years and his standards are always good.
Martin provided a written quote which we accepted. All the work was
completed whilst we were away on holiday. We returned to find a
fantastic job had been completed and just as described. Very happy to pay invoice at agreed price. Will definitely use his services again.

Martin cleaned and sealed our large block paved drive. He came on
time and did an excellent job over the 2 days the job took to

Martin did an amazing job on my block paved driveway and stone patio, he's very experienced, he answered every question comprehensively and without any hesitation, very accommodating and sensitive to the
neighbours whilst working. He was punctual, went out of his way to ensure all was left tidy afterwards, he also cleaned a retaining wall and my bird bath without me even requesting, completed the work to a very high standard, the extra bits totally transformed my property that I couldn't even comprehend. He charged a very reasonable price
and wouldn't take any extra payment for the added work carried out. I cannot praise Martin high enough, I'd employ him again without
hesitation. 2 of my neighbours booked Martin before he left that day, my son and niece have since also booked him. Absolutely brilliant work and a really friendly person.
I have used Premier Power Cleaning twice now. The first year I used them I found out I had paving stones I didn't know about so good was the job. Price is very good and you can always rely on them even if you have to change things at the last minute. Recommendation came
from friends and I would not hesitate to tell anyone to use them. You will not be disappointed.

experienced but I've since employed newer companies who do a better job. For the price he charges I wouldn't expect the shoddy level of service and attitude.
*Traders Reply* To say I'm dismayed that after 15 years a trusted trader and a similar time a friend is an understatement, this
customers only complaint was and is, that "it only took you 2 hours", as I explained, three times to him, I invested 10,000 pounds this year in equipment and training to enable me to work quickly, more efficiently and professionally.
He questions my experience, strange as this is the third renovation
of his I've worked for him, this was by far in a worse state, with a lot of builders debris left from him and his renovation team, so he
knows my standards. Next, "shoddy level of service and attitude", I was asked to do this at his timeframe despite a full diary, I did exactly as he required, and the job I did was so good his neighbour booked her property before I left.
This customer ignored my text and calls when I asked for payment, his only gripe here in reality is that I didn't do it for the cost "of a few pints" , my investments, training, experience unfortunately have a cost, something my clients realise. A shame our friendship ends on such sour note.

Use this company recently to blast clean and re-sand a large expanse of block paving. Martin arrived on time and did the whole cleaning stage in a day, leaving no mess for us to have to deal with. His team followed up to re-sand the area once our rubbish Spring weather
allowed. Martin charged a fair price for the work and we're very very pleased with the results. I have no reservations about recommending this company to others, we'll certainly look to use Martin again when the time comes for a refresh! Chris A.
This is the second time we have used Martin. He, helped by his sister, cleaned our driveway path and patio then applied weed killer. A few days later when the weather was dry, he sanded them and gave
them a coat of resin. We couldn't be happier with the result and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again. We would highly recommend him.

Martin came out and quoted in July, and then jet washed, chemically treated, sanded and sealed out large driveway whilst we were on holiday in August. The price was great value for money. An excellent job, and one of our neighbours have already used his services having seen what he did for us. You will not be disappointed using Martin!

Martin came and gave our drive a professional clean after my annual attempts to jet wash it myself. Very knowledgeable guy who uses products and equipment DIYers just don't have. Will definitely

Martin always provides a first rate service cleaning a large area of pavers around my house and also garden walls which looked like new afterwards. He is the only one who returns to brush sand into
pavers allowing them to dry off, everyone else does it on the day whilst they are wet. I would definitely recommend him.
