Lee is lovely. I have just ordered bay windows from him and he has been and fixed a window fitted some years ago by someone else! He could not immediately see what was wrong with the mechanism and took it apart until he made it work. He was determined not to leave me with an insecure window; he said "I will not be beaten".
Just had a door fitted by The Window People, very professional, cleaned up after, excellent job. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Had a number of jobs done in February. New windows and new composite doors. Very happy with all the workers sent; did a professional, neat and tidy job. All finished when they said too. Excellent communication, customer service and a fair price. Would definitely use again and recommend. Much prefer my money to go to a local company too.
