I texted Mark Thursday morning regarding a faulty locking mechanism on our conservatory doors. Mark called back and made initial visit the same day to see what work was required. He ordered a new lock and called the next day and fitted the parts. I am pleased with his work and excellent service and modest cost and am happy to recommend him.
Exactly what I was looking for to urgently fix our uPVC front door which had jammed and wouldn't lock. Mark did a fantastic job, explaining what he had done and future options, and giving us great advice on preventing the problem coming back. Incredibly prompt and responsive even though he is so busy. Best of all, he really put himself out for us after a mix-up on my part meant that he had a wasted journey the day before. Will certainly call him and recommend him for any problems with doors and windows in the future "top guy!"

We had a conservatory window that would not close, and a patio door that had dropped and could not be closed and locked. Mark removed both, fixed, and re fitted and both now work perfectly. It was so reassuring to find someone who is happy to repair rather than suck his teeth and start telling us we need a complete new unit. Mark came a couple of weeks ago, never used before so didn't know what to expect, but found him very reliable and he advised that as one hinge on upvc door had broke to change all four, made date to replace and I was impressed by his work and care he took. Will be using again for future repairs to windows and doors.
Mark came out the same day that I called to see if he could fix the broken hinges on one of the panes in a big window. He fixed it on the same day, he was very professional and he looked after our property very well. Excellent work.
