We needed a complete renovation of a large raised patio area which required the construction of retaining walls and two sets of stairs, plus the laying of a considerable amount of porcelain tiles. The work also required groundworks, with new drainage and gully to be installed as required by Severn Trent , as having recently purchased the property the survey had highlighted an issue which James was quick to remedy.
We were impressed with the attention to detail and the brickwork is excellent. It is fair to say we had some mission creep with the job becoming larger than we initially intended, however James was patient with us as our ideas evolved and gave us invaluable guidance along the way resulting in a superb job which we are delighted with.
Rook carried out the brickwork for our garden wall and the quality is outstanding. The attention to detail around the curved brickwork is first class. James was reliable, tidy, and clearly takes real pride in his work. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy craftsman.
