Andy was polite and helpful, even messaging to let us know he was running a little late. Came out to us on a Sunday morning to look at and complete work. Was professional and very tidy, leaving everything as he found it. Was happy to give advice, being very knowledgeable on works we may need doing in the future. Would definitely recommend Andy.

I asked Andy to give a quote for installing 4 x external up/down lighters and to hardwire my Ring Video Doorbell. The quote was in the range I was expecting for the work I had requested. Andy and his team arrived and I was very impressed with the standard of the work carried out. All cabling was very unobtrusive. The lights looked good and very impressive when the photocell kicked in at dusk. Any mess was tidied up. All in all, I was very impressed and my expectations were exceeded. We are relatively new to the area and, having found AH Electrical Solutions Ltd on Trusted Trader, called Andy late on a Sunday evening following a DIY mishap which had resulted in some damage to a power-cable in the kitchen. Andy quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone, quoted to fix it, and came round immediately to remedy it. He did a great job, worked quickly, and was very friendly. We'll be contacting him in the future for electrical repairs and/or installations and have no reservations about recommending him and his work. Thankyou Andy.

Andy fitted a new outside security light for us. He came out within two days of the enquiry and gave me an reasonable estimate before completing the job. He was very friendly and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Very pleased with the end result.
Andy and his team of two other electricians came when they said they would to update the fuse box, to move quite a number of sockets and install additional ones. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked steadily through the day, checking with us to make sure everything was done as we required. They put floor coverings down and took off their outdoor shoes when they came inside. Everything they did was neat and tidy and they cleaned up after the work had been completed to a very high standard. We would definitely recommend them and would have no hesitation in requesting them to do any further work for us in the future.
Andy came next-day on a Saturday to sort some cabling under floorboards. We were very happy with the work as it was neat and tidy. The next day we discovered some other electrical work and again contacted Andy - he was round on Monday and sorted the issue quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess after having to chip into a plaster wall. I cannot fault his work and would recommend him to anyone.
Andy provided a very reasonable quote for fitting an external socket and two external down-lighters. I booked an appointment and Andy and another tradesman arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were courteous and polite. I would definitely use the company again and have recommended them to family members.
Andy was our Knight in shining armour - we found ourselves without the double socket needed for our broadband to the premises installation, having wrongly thought an extension cable would be acceptable, just one working day before Openreach were coming. We phoned Andy on the Thursday evening and despite being busy, he came to quote on the Friday, and did the work to a high standard on the Saturday afternoon. He was professional, courteous, neat, explained everything and charged a reasonable price, despite the task requiring his experience and problem solving skills, given our old house and the wiring needing to come some distance. We will be keeping Andy's number and have no hesitation in highly recommending him to others.
Andy fitted extractor fan and moved bathroom light switch. He turned up on time and completed the job as quoted. Very happy and would recommend.
Andy was very helpful firstly over the 'phone and then remedied the problem very quickly at the property. Communication was very easy and thorough, especially as I was calling from out with the area and he was helping my uncle in West Hallam who has dementia. His out of hours rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
