Mark was excellent once more doing our annual roof check and replacing slipped slates, in readiness for the winter. As always the price charged was very fair and the job done was excellent, Mark cannot be faulted.

Mark, came, looked at the job, gave me a quote which I excepted straight away, booked the work in, arrived on time, didn't waste time, got straight to it. Did a good job and didn't expand on what needed to be done, good price, polite and friendly, answered my questions, treated me respectfully, highly recommend. Asked if he did flat roofs, he doesn't but recommend and gave me the number of someone who does. Overall very happy with Mark from start to finish. 5 star service.

Prompt visit to give a quote. fair quote provided with the promise of the work being done within the week. As promised, arrived within 3 days, did the job to my satisfaction. A pleasant personality too. Would recommend him.

After 3 weeks waiting for another roofer to make a repair and being let down, I contacted Mark one evening, he rang me back, came out the next day and completed the job. First class.

Mark Fisher sorted out a bad leak behind my chimney stack, he came back a second time when he wasn't satisfied that the job was 100 percent ok at no extra charge. I had initially been scammed for the same job by a rogue trader, so I cant thank Mark enough for coming back in appalling weather to check the problem.
