I was very impressed with Matt as soon as he arrived to give me a quote. I liked his demeanour, open honest and not pushy at all. He gave me a written quote before starting and turned up on the planned day and got the job done on time. He did a roof gully for me and he advised me what he was doing and why as he went along. I was so impressed that I asked him for a quote to replace my roof and I had no hesitation in asking him to do the job. Finished roof looks stunning. Hard worker and a friendly character. Would have no hesitation in employing him again, indeed I am in discussion with him about doing another task for me.

Matthew Payne is a five star tradesman. He carried out extensive repairs and replacements to our leaking roof including a new roof covering, a new valley gutter, new Velux window and he installed new vents to eradicate a massive condensation problem in our roof, discovered only when the weather turned cold. He was thorough, he researched solutions with other tradesmen and was determined to get the job done properly. We have gone through three months of winter and all leaks have been cured. He kept us fully informed of when he was coming to the house and he is very fair with his prices. We cannot thank Matthew enough for the work he has done and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Matt was able to fix a couple of problems at short notice for a reasonable price, would definitely use again.
