Graham and James were very professional throughout, cleaned up after themselves, were sticklers for detail and charged a very fair price for the work completed. They did wallpapering, tiling and painting for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to contract them again in the future, or recommend them to others. Great job!!
Graham Sykes: Reliant Property Maintenance R.P.M. We are very pleased with the painting finish on our late Victorian, 3-storey house in S11 that Graham Sykes completed recently. Graham gave us a very good idea of what painting our house would cost first labour and materials and that it would take around two weeks. We did need some help from Graham to decide which paint to go for, because there was woodwork, aluminium, some gutters and masonry to do. In the end we went for Zinsser AllCoat Anthracite Satin front and sides and Zinsser AllCoat White Satin at the back, so it could be all be painted in the same paint. We are so glad we did. The paint is all water-based too. Graham and James cleaned, rubbed down and burnt off the old paintwork before re-painting. They were also happy to work around other trades too, as we had scaffolders, joiners, roofers and chimney-liners onsite for 3-months. We would encourage anyone to use Reliant Property Maintenance for exterior painting - the finish on our house is really wonderful. There are similar examples of Graham's work in S11 too. Graham and James have done a brilliant job decorating my bedroom, ensuite, hall, stairs and landing. Not only have they done a good job with careful attention to detail but they helped with extra bits I can't do like re-hanging mirrors, changing high bulbs, putting a cabinet back up etc, they really went the extra mile to help me get a really beautiful result. They are easy to have in the house, nice people who are polite and considerate. I had no worries when I had to go out to work, the house and dog were in safe hands. They left everywhere tidy each evening. Excellent work which I am delighted with, I highly recommend. Thank you both.
Graham came to give quote promptly, had to wait a couple of weeks for work to start, Graham and James did a brilliant job of preparing main bedroom, landing staircase and lounge walls which were in a bit of a state, then wallpapered and painted everything to a really high standard, cleaned up every evening, and had the keys to the house on the last day as we were away. Came back home all clean, furniture back in position, brilliant would not hesitate to recommend, thanks Graham and James
Graham and James decorated 4 rooms in our bungalow. They work cheerfully, methodically, keep everything clean and tidy. Also their decorating is perfection. A really amazing job. My dad is disabled and they took special care and attention to his needs through out their work. We are so happy with the results.
Reliant Property Maintenance were recommended to us, they did not disappoint. They fully decorated a 2 bedroom flat and did an excellent job - they made suggestions along the way and with their knowledge and skill the flat turned out better than we could have imagined. I cannot recommend Graham and James enough/they have done a complete professional job and please before committing to anyone else give these guys a call - the flat was spotless after they had finished, once again I cannot recommend them enough. We have no hesitation in recommending RPM. Graham and James did an excellent and professional job refurbishing and repainting the eaves of our house and porch to match our new Chartwell Green windows. Bad advice from elsewhere led to a problem matching the colour but Graham and James sorted it out quickly and at no extra expense to us which we appreciated very much. We were charged a very fair and competitive price. Graham was quick to reply to our enquiry and quote for the job. It was a pleasure to have them around, they were punctual, careful, courteous, good natured and came equipped with everything they needed for the working day. We would definitely use them again.

Service supplied: decoration of bathroom. Graham responded to my initial enquiry very promptly and followed up with an estimate of the work required and his price. I was also given an estimate of the timescale for the work to be done. I had previously had the bathroom re-plastered due to the removal of wood panelling and textured finish. Unfortunately the plasterer I employed did a very poor job which left Graham extra work in trying to get a satisfactory finish to enable the walls to be painted. He is a tidy worker, arrived each day as arranged. I am very happy with the work that was done and would not hesitate to recommend RPM.
RPM have been amazing. From quote through to finishing the job, Graham was brilliant. Thorough job done, excellent finish within good timeframe. Would highly recommend and will certainly use RPM again!
Both lads turned up on the dot each morning. They were very attentive at covering over windows etc. while painting the rendering on our house. This turned out to be quite a job as it was the first time it had been painted, but it was completed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the result. They are nice lads, we would recommend them and we will use them again for other jobs.
Both lads turned up on time on all the three days they worked at my property. They were very tidy, very polite and hard working. Graham answered my initial enquiry promptly and was extremely helpful in fixing my shower enclosure and advising on which spare part was needed. Did a very good job re-varnishing a step on the day arranged. Would definitely recommend him without reservation.
Had Graham to install a boundary fence and gates, very pleased with his work and price. So much so our neighbour hired him to continue the fence to the end of the driveway. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
The two decorators were very proficient, prompt, friendly and left things clean and tidy at the end of each day's work. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Graham built a very sturdy fence for us. A very tidy workman who kept us well informed before and during the work. I would definitely recommend him for this sort of work.
Graham has just replaced the decking in my garden, he worked really hard and left everywhere tidy at the end of each day. He charged a fair price and has left me with a really beautiful decking plus large decking steps. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use him again.
