Having been scammed by a plumber, based in Litchfield, we got lucky when we found Richard in Chellaston's Choice magazine, to come and fix their work. He arrived very quickly to take a look, but repaired the issue on the spot within 30 minutes, and for a fantastic price. He is knowledgeable, an absolute professional, and a lovely chap, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work.

I had a leak from a drain point in pipework under a radiator. I
phoned Richard Thursday and he came round on Friday. He didn't make a drama out of a crisis, and quietly and quickly got on with the job in a professional manner. Knew what he was doing, and fixed the problem without having to drain down the system. Fair price. Would use again.

On the 12th of July, I called to schedule an appointment for a price on a whole new heating and plumbing system. Our first choice was for them to visit us on July 16th, but they said they couldn't make it
that day, so we rescheduled for the following Friday, July 23rd. We waited from 1:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. but no one arrived or
communicated with us.
Had an issue with our heating after just moving into a new house. Although Richard wasn't able to get out to us, he gave step by step instructions over the phone to get our heating back up and running
again. All this on a Sunday afternoon. Very impressed and will be using and recommending his company again in future.
