Daren was as always very professional and even offered some advice for how to deal with the issue I was facing myself in future. Would highly recommend for any plumbing work.

*Customer Feedback* Daren was very thorough and professional in the work that he carried out and although he was running a bit late he did keep me informed. However I was not impressed with his attitude to other tradesman that were in the house at the time. I was also not informed of the additional cost of the work required at the time of the visit and only found this out when I received the invoice and then I had to query the amount charged. I would not use him again. *Traders Reply* With regard to this job, the customer asked for a landlords gas safety inspection and cert for 1 appliance which was quoted at 90 pounds. on arrival there were 2 appliances so the cost increased. There was also a printing mistake transposed from a previous invoice to theirs which I rectified when it came to light. An electrician was also on site carrying out an electrical test which the customer did not mention and slowed things down - I would have arranged for another day if I had been pre warned. As I remember there was also a person carrying out an energy performance certificate on the property and he was questioning the controls on the boiler and I may have been a little enthusiastic with my explanation, if that came across as rude then I can only apologise. I would also like to point to my track record on Trusted trader in my defence as to customer satisfaction.
We'd noticed for a long while that our bathroom sinks were leaking from the pipework underneath. Finally got round to looking for a plumber and came across Daren's details on Derbyshire Trusted Trader. He came over to take a look and identified the problem. Took a while to get him back as needed to source parts but once round carried out the job quickly and efficiently. Even took a look at the toilet which had a dripping leak too. Will definitely be saving his details and using him again in future.
I had a plumbing problem which I couldn't fix myself. I called Daren who responded quickly and he soon resolved the matter. Fair price and I would call him again if needed.

If you want a thorough job done, Daren is your man. We have used him several times and have always found him reliable, professional and very knowledgeable. There might be cheaper tradesmen out there, but with plumbing, I feel it is far better to go with the best one you know. The advice he freely gives will save you money and time in the future anyway. Excellent service from Darren, who had no hesitation coming to my house between jobs. After some significant repairs from Severn Trent Water, Darren got stuck in, arriving at 7.30 pm after he had been committed to another job outside the area. He very quickly sealed the leak and did an excellent repair.

Our heating would not come on and we rang HeatCare in the morning and Darren came out that evening, outside normal working hours but we were just glad he got to us the same day. I am retired after a lifetime in the building and electrical trades and we always used to say you can tell what a bloke or Lady is like by how they put their toolbox down. Well after he put his down I knew we had a professional in the house. In under an hour after an adjustment and replacing a defective part which he carried in the van our boiler was purring away and the heating was working and all for a very reasonable cost. Darren is one of the best tradesman I have come across in a long time and now we have found him we will not be going anywhere else for our plumbing and heating needs and is already pencilled in to service the boiler next year. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Our central heating system was malfunctioning with some radiators and the towel rails getting very hot even though the system was turned off. Daren came promptly and after some time resolved the problem by fitting a new valve. It took time to resolve but everything is back to normal. Daren is a clean, well-equipped worker. A good job well done.

I contacted Daren as I know him through him sorting all my heating requirements and I find him very trustworthy. I asked if he would take a look at my washing machine this morning as it had started to leak and within an hour of the call it was all sorted with new piping which had perished. Darren moved a couple of radiators for us. He phoned us on the morning that he was due to come, to say that there was a family with no heating because of a boiler breakdown and he quite rightly felt that he should look after them first. He came the next day and carried out the work efficiently and left the place clean and tidy. We have a future job already planned with him.

Darren came to inspect our boiler very quickly and was very confident explaining what we needed to do to sort our boiler problem . Daren came to service my boiler and gas fire. I had an issue with the boiler overflow pipe outside which started dripping a few days before he was due to come. This job took quite a few visits eliminating what was causing the dripping before it was thankfully rectified. He is very nice and easy to get on with and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Came swiftly when we had boiler problems on coldest day of the year. Quickly resolved issue, and told us how to do it ourselves if it happens again in future; basically avoiding frozen outside pipe. Didn't charge for a whole hour, just for the half hour it took to sort it.
Daren removed an old unwanted Stanley range from our kitchen. It was not a straightforward job but he dealt with the difficulties involved well and cleared up nicely afterwards. He sent text messages to confirm when he was coming and turned up when he said he would. A good reliable worker.

Daren put in a new boiler and some radiators for us, also involved modifying a soil pipe to install condensate pipe at the back of the house. He was working up ladders and in the kids bedroom where the boiler is situated and kept everything very clean and tidy both inside and out installing dust sheets that stayed for the duration of the job. Pipework and patching is very neat and finished well, especially considering the confined space where the boiler is fitted. Would recommend.

Daren Clarke revived an ancient boiler for us just before Christmas that had been condemned by a plumber friend. He had been recommended by my father. He subsequently installed a completely new central heating system and mains pressure hot water system for me when I carried out a complete refurbishment of my house in 2018. We found HeatCare on the DCC Trusted Trader website. We had a problem with a badly leaking toilet cistern. I phoned Heatcare and explained and said we could manage a few days if they were busy. However Heatcare realised our problem and came round within the hour. Daren the plumber was highly professional and observed social distancing and wore a mask. He investigated and remained with the problem until he had to go to a prior appointment but he returned later and replaced and fixed the very leaking cistern. He was highly efficient and organised. He knew exactly what was needed and worked until it was repaired. He cleaned up until it was spotless in the area where he had worked. The toilet cistern now works perfectly and better still it was done at a very reasonable price. We were highly satisfied and would recommend him very highly.
Woke up on Saturday morning, worryingly I had no hot water or heating. I rang Daren, as I was very happy with the boiler service he did last year. I was very grateful that he fitted me in on the same day and I soon had a lovey warm house again, after he had replaced the faulty circuit board. I found the cost very reasonable and Daren came all Covid protected and that made me feel very secure in his company, he is very courteous and helpful and is very knowledgeable about his profession, I can not praise him enough and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Daren responded to our call positively and agreed when he would visit. He properly assessed our problem and then agreed a date when he would come to do the work.
