We work together with our service users and their families to ensure that individuals can remain in their own home should they choose to do so with our assistance. This company was recommended to me by two people and cared for my parents and then just my Mum until she passed away at 92. The carers are very professional and extremely caring and often go the extra mile. During lockdown one of them took over shopping as I was unable to visit and would also organise and pick up meditation. They would FaceTime me on their phones so I could speak to my Mum. When my Dad and most of Mum's friends had passed away Mum called her carers her new friends. They really tried to make their visits sociable for her as well as carrying out their task list professionally. On one occasion I was on holiday when Dad was taken into hospital and I was concerned Mum wouldn't know where she was - the Manager spent over an hour on a Sunday morning trying to locate her. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others and have done so several times.
This Company has been looking after my husband for nearly 20 years and during that time I have found them to be extremely helpful and informative. As with all businesses they are subject to staff illness and holidays but these have always been covered with the office contacting us direct when there has had to be a late change of staff. All their staff have been excellent.

This is a superb company with truly caring people. They have been looking after my 95 year old Dad for 2 years. I did a lot of research to find a good care company and Prime Care was recommended to me. They really do go the extra mile and carers have stopped with him after falling, even after the ambulance and myself arrived as they wanted to ensure he was OK and are genuinely fond of him. They've spent some time and effort sorting medication shortages and have even picked up budgie food when we ran out! My Dad is happy with his care and enjoys their company too. They treat him with fond respect, and are efficient and pleasant. I've spoken to several of the staff who love their job and making a difference to people's lives. Having worked for other Care companies, or having considerable experience in other walks of life, they were very happy to be working for Prime Care as it has such a good ethos and treats it's customers and staff so well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
