*Customer Feedback* I paid £3000 for a specially designed service. My possessions were put outside, unprotected in December causing irreversible damage to furniture and new electrical items. Personal items were lost or put beyond my reach. The team sent to me were untrained and careless. For me it was a very distressing experience, basic essentials disappeared e.g. winter clothing and cutlery. Total lack of respect as if they were doing a property clearance for a deceased person not a person who was living in the property and needed help to reorganise. The project was beyond their capability. I was also charged for a rubbish removal that didn't happen and statements were not supplied as agreed. They are full of promises but targeting people who are unlikely or incapable of raising complaints. I have only been offered a refund of the hours paid for but not used and the £200 rubbish removal charge has not been addressed or compensation for my losses. *Traders Reply* We always appreciate feedback as long as it is accurate and true, which this is not. We take feedback seriously & have already responded to you directly in detail disproving your claims, communicated with the TTS as well as AGE UK re the work done, how we have handled your feedback & what we have offered you despite not being at fault. Having agreed to a very clear plan of action, you unfortunately did not allow us to action it, causing issues you list, with weather damage already present & pointed out to you & waste to be sorted on return that you stopped. We understand that change can be distressing, which is why we operated with respect, patience, worked at your pace, ran everything by you & did everything possible to help you, which you resisted. We choose to work with the TTS, AGE UK & Adult Social Care to ensure we are operating at the highest level of Service Delivery & Client Support & are very grateful our team continually get 5 Star reviews for the fantastic work they do. Despite your allegations, we are still happy to support you further, as we know you need the help.
