With over 25 years of creating loft conversions in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area, We believe that when done properly converting your loft into an extra room/rooms is the no1 cost effective way of increasing your living space and increasing the value of your property. At Roof Rooms, we design and build our loft conversions to last, and to back this up, we provide a longer and a more comprehensive guarantee than any of our competitors. We believe that it is important that you, the client are involved in the design of the loft conversion, so after consultation, we will provide a full set of working drawings that you are happy and a full set of engineers structural calculations before any work commences. At Roof Rooms, no two loft conversions are the same, and all of our loft stairs are traditionally made with no MDF and all flights are custom built to suit your requirements. Our designers will work with you to develop innovative solutions to include loft bathrooms, wardrobe space, and loft storage as required.
