Dave Thornton has been looking after my boilers Gloworm and Worcester for a couple of years now. He's wonderful - quick to come out, knowledgeable and efficient and fair with pricing. You won't search for another plumber/gas engineer ever again once he's done a first job for you!

Dave and Chris responded to me very quickly coming round to look at the job and give a quote the very next day. Excellent workmanship, tidied up afterwards and am very pleased with the work they've done fitting new boiler, taking out a sink and fixing the leaking kitchen sink. Highly recommend.

Rang with a glow worm problem. Dave Thornton arrived 30 minutes later, and an hour later I had heat and hot water again. Fantastic young man who explained exactly what had gone wrong with the boiler, showed me what he was doing to put it right and charging an extremely fair price. The best news of all was that after the repair was done, no boiler service was required for a further year. Dave's fee was less than the one charged for a sub standard service by another firm not listed on Trusted trader, which should have picked up and sorted the problem 18 months earlier. If you want prompt repairs and reasonable cost for boiler work, Dave's your man.
