Richard responded to my initial email enquiry very quickly and fitted me into his schedule in less than 48 hours. He discussed the problem as he was working through the issue and has offered advise about keeping my electrical system safe whilst not using scare tactics. I would highly recommend Richard who installed an EV charger for us. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Whilst installing the charger, he pointed out that the bonding for the gas needed moving and completed this free of charge. Communication was good and he kept the place tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Richard's services again.

Richard did a great job installing electrical sockets in a bedroom. The job entailed cutting into floorboards so wasn't straight forward. Everything was left clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate in asking Richard to undertake any further electrical services. Thankyou Richard for a job well done.
Another local tradesperson recommended Richard as I had been let down by a different one, and Trusted Trader was a bonus. He responded immediately, and it was very easy to set up appointment times. He did a very neat professional job full updating of the main contacts and switches box, and giving a full review of other possible matters that weren't perfect, but are OK for now and provided the certificates etc. immediately. He was also very helpful and patient with hanging new pendants to the right length and some odd extras as well. I will definitely ask Richard again for any electrical work.

Richard was able to visit our house within about 10 minutes of my calling him. He methodically tracked down a sudden fault on a large lighting circuit and was able to rectify it, including the supply and fitting of parts on the same day. He was polite and courteous and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others who need electrical work.

Have used Richard before so had no hesitation to contact him for electrical work including new fuse box, fitting new sockets and testing the system, needed at my mother's house.
