Really pleased with the work completed by Ricky from Derbyshire Damp to rectify the damp problem in my downstairs cupboard. The floor had completely fallen through with rotten floorboards, joists & signs of damp in the walls.
He was always on time for appointments, quotes etc & once the work started he kept to the timetable he estimated. The quote was competitive & included additional works which others hadn't considered to resolve the issue.
The whole process was seamless & Ricky was tidy, polite and a pleasure to deal with and I'm really pleased with the end result!
