*Customers Feedback* Central Felt roofing has caused me nothing but stress, financial costs, and upset. He has failed to deliver what I paid for on two separate occasions. He destroyed my flat roof by screwing hundreds of screws through GRP and plyboard to overlay it with felt. All the screws were poking out of the underside of the flat roof deck, and the timber deck went mouldy within a month. He was questioned about this method before he started and promised he would guarantee it. He then brought in two other traders to attempt to rectify the issues, but their workmanship was equally poor. When I challenged the standard of work, he called the police to my property alleging harassment; the police attended and took no action. I have since had several independent roofers inspect this roof, and all have confirmed it is a complete disaster. In my honest opinion, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. *Traders Reply* We strongly dispute this review and believe it contains several inaccuracies. Following completion of the works, we experienced over six months of harassment, including repeated unwanted contact and attendance at a private residential address. On one occasion, shouting occurred outside our home while a minor was present. The matter was reported to the police, and two crime reference numbers were issued. Contrary to the claims made, police do not attend and issue warnings without cause. We stand by our efforts to address concerns raised and do not feel it is appropriate to discuss the full details of an ongoing dispute in a public forum.

I can't praise Chris enough, after having a couple of guys out to look at my roof, Chris was the only one who came across professionally who gave me the confidence to trust him to carry out the work. Exceptional workmanship, no fuss, honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Needed our 28 year old felt roof on extension 15M2 overall replacing. Out of 4 quotes I chose CFRS Ltd based on the impression I gained when Chris visited and via online searching for reviews. His price was mid-range on the quotes which I thought was a reasonable price. However, price was not the determining factor. The job was done in a day. Very professional and tidy job. Happy to recommend these guys for flat roofing work.
