Dean came to our property to advise on sorting out a long standing leak in the roof. He quickly ascertained the problem, having experienced the same on many properties, advised and produced a fair quote. Work was completed on time to high standard he supplied photos and followed regulations, we are in a conservation area, and any other issues that arose were dealt with professionally. He organised scaffolding and cleaned up afterwards. All I have to do is wait for the walls to dry to commence further interior work.

I contacted Dean in the afternoon about a roof leak, and he arranged to come round the next morning. He found and fixed the problem, then followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was OK. The weather was very wet by then, and none of it was coming in. Dean was pleasant, knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with. He communicated clearly and did what he said he would do. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

I was impressed by Dean Thornley. He arrived quickly to assess work needed, and provided me a detailed quote and also testimonials from previous clients, one of whom I knew well quite by coincidence. The work, involving clearing main roof, repairs to gutterings and new snow board and also polycarbon sheets over kitchen extension, was completed to a high standard, even though it took longer to complete due to delays caused by constant rain. When I returned home, you wouldn't have believed he'd been. No mean feat, as job required poly carbon roof over kitchen extension to be replaced and needed indoor scaffold.
