Mark and Allan have just finished work extending and renovating a driveway and replacing fencing in our rear garden. We were really pleased both with the work and in the manner it was managed. Very quick response with a quote and started when they said. They were very hard working, very clean and organised and even with skips and work going on our neighbours found them to be be very considerate. Would happily recommend and use again.
Mark and his team made the whole experience easy and were very quick. The 2 room extension is built very well and everyone was friendly and
polite.
Mark and Alan did a superb quality job on our front porch extension, it has really improved the look of our house. Turned up when they
said they would and no added extras. If you want reliable and

always nice to give custom to these local businesses, rather than the big corporations.
Mark turned up when he said he would and fixed a leaking skylight which the original builder had failed to do so both times. Very happy with the service Mark supplied and will be happy to use him again in the future.
I have used Mark's services for several years for all my building
needs in the house and the garden and I am always very happy with the work he does. The price is always reasonable. As with any good
builder, you may have to wait a while for non-urgent jobs to be
done.

Always turned up on time and worked hard. They replaced loft
insulation and removed old boarding, replacing with half boarding on joist stilts. Also fitted vent tiles so the air quality in the loft void now improved. They completed a lot of remedial work to the roof. Everything to my satisfaction. The work was taken on without having to wait long.
After fitting us a new back door last year we recently had Mark with Alan to fit us a new front door . We wanted to leave a comment and realised after reading through other comments that they echoed
exactly
what we wanted to say anyway --- very friendly, reliable, helpful, nothing too much trouble, very clean and tidy, no mess, and above
all an excellent job done, would most definitely recommend !!

Mark did an excellent job for us, replacing doors and windows and some general building work. He gave us a very fair price and all the

Mark has not long completed a single storey extension at our property and it's safe to say he has done an excellent job! Really pleased

Mark has done a brilliant job so far, just finishing touches to
complete. We were originally having a large extension but had to change things around. Mark was very understanding and accommodating. So from complete new fencing and steps to a small extension on the back of the house, utility room and a knock through of the kitchen into the dining room to make a kitchen diner which was a bigger job than we originally thought! He's done a really good job

Mark provided a very good service to repair damage to my chimney
following the recent storms. He responded to my calls quickly, and has done a good job.
Mark has done so much to re-model our house over a number of years, including amongst other things converting garages into a living space, replacing all the windows, installing a number of French
doors, and reworking and plastering rooms. Outside the house Mark has created a wonderful patio and installed fencing. All his work is
exemplary at a very reasonable price. Mark is also very friendly and easy to get along with - it is also always a pleasure have Mark
around.
Mark and his team have made us a fantastic, well appointed garden

After being badly let down and nearly ripped off by another local

Mark gave us a professional service with good advice. He turned up on time and kept us informed about progress. Our job was to repair roof leaks so I can't comment about workmanship until we see whether it leaks when it next rains.
Mark and Ollie did a amazing job, from Mark arriving to give us a

Mark and Luke have been fantastic from supplying us with a prompt
quote to completion of the installation of new windows. If you are in need of replacement windows, we thoroughly recommend M and A Building Services. They are a friendly bunch and do an excellent job. They even clean up after themselves! Always a plus.

Mark did an excellent job fitting some French doors in the place of a window. He responded quickly and provided regular updates on the
order status. Installation was done efficiently and the fit and
finish is great. We have now ordered a new front door and a
conservatory from Mark. We have no hesitation in recommending his

Mark who was recommended by our friend arrived when he said he would unusual these days, as there was some delay in supply because of
Covid he kept us informed of why and when to expect the work to
commence. His work was carried out efficiently and politely even though the second visit for additional work was in freezing

Can highly recommend Mark - did a great job for me renovating the house I bought. Highly skilled in all aspects of building,
