Mark came to see me and the job as per phone call, we agreed the work to be done and a price. He got in touch a few days later to say he would come to do the job on the Monday morning. He came on that day with a co-worker and did the roof gutter job as discussed, at the price discussed and also cleaned my guttering and facia as a bonus. Since then I have checked for leaks on several bad rain occasions and there are now no leaks, water tight. Very good tradesman, knows his job, does it well at a fair price. Definitely recommend. Mark came to view the job and do the job when he said he would, at the agreed times. He did a good job of taking down a chimney for me at a fair price, no rip offs. I felt fully confident with him and he's a pleasant man to deal with, straight forward and honest.
Mark was excellent once more doing our annual roof check and
replacing slipped slates, in readiness for the winter. As always the price charged was very fair and the job done was excellent, Mark cannot be faulted.

Beware of this trader, his work is shocking and doesn't last and when you then call him he is very insulting. Poor quality work. Derbyshire Council you need to re look at advertising this trader

After being let down by another roofer, Mark was very good. Turned up when he said he would, kept me informed by text of any changes due to the bad weather. Very good, would use again.
Second time I have used this trader. As last time he came, as
arranged, to view the job and gave a price. A week later he came to carry out the work, on the day and time arranged. A pleasant man and very efficient.
Mark, came, looked at the job, gave me a quote which I excepted
straight away, booked the work in, arrived on time, didn't waste
time, got straight to it. Did a good job and didn't expand on what
needed to be done, good price, polite and friendly, answered my
questions, treated me respectfully, highly recommend. Asked if he did flat roofs, he doesn't but recommend and gave me the number of someone who does. Overall very happy with Mark from start to finish. 5 star service.

Prompt visit to give a quote. fair quote provided with the promise of the work being done within the week. As promised, arrived within 3 days, did the job to my satisfaction. A pleasant personality too. Would recommend him.
