Jason + Warren arrived on time and set up immediately. An excellent job done of removing the old, damaged flashing on a long car port and replacing with new. A tricky job that finished in a super neat result for a good price. I can highly recommend these 2 gents, everything was explained in detail and I will use them again. Many thanks.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J W Roofing to anyone. Jason and Warren are polite, professional, trustworthy and very hardworking. The roof has made a massive difference to the warmth and look of our house. They kept us informed every step of the way, from quotation to the scaffolding being taken down. It's hard to find trades people like Jason and Warren nowadays.

Two very nice tradesmen who gave a price which they did not exceed. They worked hard and honestly explaining things before and during the job pointing out things they fit that others may not. The new roof has been admired by neighbours. Very tidy clean workers.

Came to re-lead our bay window top after a lintel had been fitted and a new bay window top frame built. I was fretting about getting it watertight with the bad weather coming. They came to look, gave advice, chatted and gave us options even when chatting later on messenger. Overall a pair of trustworthy nice gents who will do what you'd like and how you like, but will also advise you on things, let you know what's possible and not possible, and ask also what you'd prefer on options. Proper old school tradesmen, reliable, honest, hardworking and highly professional. We could not have been more pleased with the finished roof, they started on time, worked continuously until finished, and took immense pride in their work. They are approachable, knowledgeable, just top guys and we would have no hesitation in recommending them for all roof work.

*Customer Feedback* They purported to tell me that after they had redone my flashing etc. that the recurring problem was condensation. This is not the case, I have had further investigation and the chimney continues to leak so I have decided to have the chimney removed to solve the problem once and for all. This situation has caused me great stress, I feel I have spent good money with no result. *Traders Reply* In all the years trading this is the first negative comment we've had. We did the work for this customer a year prior in the winter months. On assessment of the job it was explained that there were numerous problems. Damp issues and leaks. It was explained that the latter we could fix i.e. new lead work around the stack. But that the cold spot and damp issues required further solutions. The customer was happy to go ahead and very happy with subsequent work, to the point of recommending us to family and friends. Over a year on in winter months again she says the leak is back even though its rained all year round with no issues. We went back to investigate but could not find any signs of water ingress. So she was told we would monitor the situation, which we thought would be the case. But to our dismay we find she has decided to tarnish our company name and exemplary record, without giving us the chance to try and solve the problems. We feel very sorry that this is the response she has had to resort to. What's more she has now had the stack removed which was one of our recommendations on day one.

Called J W Roofing to take a look at a couple of concerns I had with the condition of our roof and Warren came out promptly. Between me phoning and his visit, though, I tested positive for Covid and was unable to give him access to the loft. He was very understanding and arranged another time. He spent time looking at our roof and gave an honest an clear explanation as to it's condition. There was no hard sell and in the end we decided that no work was necessary. If, in future, we need roof work doing J W Roofing will be the first people we call. Thank you Warren for your help.

I would definitely recommend J W Roofing. They came and thoroughly looked at the problem I had and advised that it wasn't to do with the roof and advised me on how to deal with the problem. Didn't charge me a penny and saved me spending on unnecessary roof work. Excellent and rare to find that level of service these days.

Warren and Jason are two of the most genuine and honest guys you could meet and are very meticulous and competent at what they do. They came out to fix a botched job another roofing company had carried out on my roof. They had attempted, very shoddily, to replace some missing and broken tiles and also to stop a leak which was located in an awkward position. When Warren and Jason came they took photos and explained to me what needed to be done and unlike the previous roofers they would carry out the work correctly and professionally the way that it should be done. And that is exactly what they did. I was completely satisfied with the excellent work they had carried out and can absolutely recommend them both 100%.

Spoke to Warren for a quote for new dry verge on a property, and I immediately felt confident for him to do the work. As he says his work isn't the cheapest, but quality and doing the job correctly was what I wanted. After finding some felt needed replacing, he said it needed doing and his professionalism would not let him leave it out. This was done at no extra cost. He left the place clean and tidy and my tenant was very impressed. Thoroughly worth recommending!

Called a few roofers to replace a few tiles not a big job TBH, Warren and Jason were the only ones to respond, came out gave me an estimate and job was done 5 days later, it's all in the words Trusted Trader and I can certainly trust and recommend JW Roofing good team and nice guys for a quality job at a good price.

Saw the excellent job these guys did on the 2 houses over the road, so asked them to do my 3 dry verges. They do the job properly, taking tiles off, adding battens and screwing them on properly. Really pleased with the quality of their work.

Warren and Jason came out to give estimate for work. Having spent time assessing the job they gave totally honest advice saying they could solve the problem but it would be costly and advised an alternative way of solving problem from inside house. They did themselves out of a job but I admired their honest advice. Would certainly recommend to future customers. You don't always get honesty from people nowadays and it's worth a lot!

Warren and Jason recently replaced ridge tiles and fitted dry verges to our house at a very fair price. We were very pleased with the work carried out by them, they never stopped working from the time they arrived to when they left. They tidied up at the end of each day and arranged for the rubble to be removed. Two professional workers who take pride in their work, keeping us informed as they went along. We had Jason and Warren for a new roof and new Pro GRP garage roof and we are very happy with the work they've done for us. They explained what they were doing all the way through the job, they always cleaned up after themselves every day. They were friendly and happy to show off what they had done. Importantly they started work when expected and worked on this job throughout. Excellent work of a very high standard with no corners cut. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Thoroughly recommend!! Very open and honest in estimating the work we required dry verges. Notably, used the if it ain't broke, don't fix it maxim with clear evidence they were not looking for things that didn't need doing. Also explained how the job should be done properly, i.e. with proper re-mortaring and not just covering up, as some cowboys. They are busy but worth the wait and there was always good communication. Completed the work tidily and efficiently at a fair price, and pleased we had it done before storms Ciara and Dennis!

I called out J W Roofing to look at my roof. I had received a cold call from another roofing contractor stating that my roof had problems that needed fixing urgently. I explained this to J W Roofing who inspected my roof and stated everything was fine and the only work needed doing was merely cosmetic. They were very understanding and reassured me I had nothing to worry about. Good to know there are some very honest trade people about. Would definitely use in future if I needed work doing and would recommend to anyone else.
