I called this morning and explained my situation and Richard explained he couldn't make it today but booked me in tomorrow first thing, my issue was a locked door so not an emergency. Richard called at lunch time today and said can I come today. Amazing service friendly manner HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you for not letting the cat escape.
Found the company via Trusted Trader. Came out promptly to fix the lock on our back door which had caused it to jam and locked shut. Fully explained the problem and changed the parts that had broken. Friendly, professional and fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.
