Rightmove Removals

*Customers Feedback* AVOID! Let me down on the Monday of the week I was moving on the Friday! I have used this company previously for 2 moves with no issues and so wanted to offer them return custom - I confirmed with them 1 month ago my move date via phone with the owner Tony all booked in - the date was free at that time and so was mine. I've messaged today 4 days before my move only to be told it's been double booked and they can only apologise. I'm a single mother with 2 kids, which Tony knows. Where on earth am I meant to find a reliable affordable and doable movers in 4 days. Absolutely disgusting will not use or recommend again! *Traders Reply* I know of this customer, yes as a verbal we were going to move this lady, but unfortunitly I came down with sepsis and had to spend awhile in hospital. I contacted the client and explained. But I did spend a few hours trying to source a removal company so as not to let her down. The lady was very rude and abrupt but I did understand how she felt. I felt very bad in how events happened but we did try and help in every way possible. I am now able to help other clients now.

Rightmove Removals have been extremely helpful in donating a piano to a special needs school in Derby. They have been professional, responsive, and their customer service is first rate. They provided manpower on a weekend to donate to this good cause giving the school something they could never afford. The children will enjoy this for many years to come. Please choose this company, you won't be disappointed.
