Tony did a good job felling 2 large conifers, he has also done work for us in the past. He arrived on time and was very careful not to damage nearby trees and shrubs. He tidied the area very well afterwards. We would definitely recommend.

Tony and Joe came promptly on time, did a thorough job as agreed and to a high standard, cleaned up fully, and are pleasant and polite to deal with. They inspire confidence that they understand arboriculture and can be relied on to do a good job. I shall not hesitate to ask them to do further work for me.

Tony and Joe are an excellent team and pleasant to deal with. Well equipped and safety conscious. They pollarded 5 sycamore trees and pruned one very large apple tree. Did a very nice job. Left no mess everything really tidy. Price charged very competitive. Would use them again.

Brilliant job at a fair price. We have no hesitation in recommending them. All work carried out to perfection. We are hoping to use them again. They cut 2 large trees down that were in a bit of an awkward tight place in our garden. They also lopped a hedge and a weeping willow. The price was fair, and safely done. All mess removed. Tony and Joe did an excellent job cutting down trees and shaping shrubs. They turned up on time and worked every minute. They shredded and took away all the debris, even sweeping the grass. Hands on were recommended to me by a very satisfied customer and this is the second time we have used them.

Tony and his team did a fab job of removing 8 huge conifers from our garden. So skilled and professional throughout, we were in awe of Tony's experience and knowledge. Such a nice guy with a very friendly approach. Access was an issue as everything had to be transported through our new kitchen to be disposed of but we needn't have worried as Tony was so careful and meticulous throughout the whole project. The trees were all down in 2 days and the tidying up by the team afterwards was incredible. Even checking our road for any stray debris. The price was so reasonable for the size of the job and we are just thrilled with the space and light we have gained in our garden. Cannot recommend Hands on tree care highly enough ! *Customer Feedback* Despite leaving messages on their landline and mobile phones a week ago requesting a quote they have failed to contact contact me . So much for customer service its non existent! *Traders Reply* We are sorry we have not met customer expectations on this occasion. Unfortunately as a sole trader personal sickness and annual leave can occasionally impact call back waiting lists. As a result the week you attempted to contact us on two occasions coincided with annual leave. We do not respond to enquiries whilst on annual leave and also do not advertise on business answerphones when we are away for plant security reasons.

Tony did a terrific job of removing our large Cupress tree, arrived spot on time and worked until job was done, everything was left clean, neat and tidy, would not hesitate to recommend Tony and definitely would use again, great guy.

Second time we've had Tony to cut back our large cherry tree. Also a small holly tree this time. Once again an excellent job and no mess. For us, H and S with this kind of work is very important and without doubt Tony is very diligent in this respect. Thank you once again Hands On for an excellent job!

We highly recommend this company. Tony turned up on time, worked extremely hard removing some large trees from our garden and he and his colleague left the garden looking very tidy. We were also very happy with the price he charged for doing this job.

Hands on Tree Care were very helpful with advice on my tree that I needed sorting and the way they quickly dealt with the tree on the day we had booked. They where clean and very tidy would definitely use them again and recommend to people.

Tony was great, got back to me straight away after sending him an email enquiry regarding a tree I needed removing in my garden. He came round and gave me a quote in no time which was very good for the awkward work required. He was very busy but managed to fit me in. He was extremely professional, friendly, he removed and disposed of all the tree and left everything clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!

Tony did a great job pruning back very tall, overgrown laurel bushes and other shrubs. He left the garden clean and tidy. Very reasonable price and all done very efficiently. Highly recommend Tony for his work and his friendly, professional approach.
