Carl Boulter came when he said he would, diagnosed the problem systematically, and installed a new aerial on the spot, explaining the issues involved, checking all the tuning and giving information on optimising the configuration. A good job well done.
Mr Boulter came this morning and unlike a tradesman we tried earlier gave us precise solid information, retuned our equipment, and advised us as to what steps to take if we have any further problems - all for a reasonable price. We find him friendly and reliable.
Very good service from Carl. We needed a new tv aerial which was fitted quickly and at a good price. Called Carl back twice to fix a couple of issues, nothing caused by the new aerial. He came within a couple of days and soon rectified the issues. We can recommend him and would definitely use him again.
Came out, priced job up and I booked for next day, turned up on time, did a great job and tidied all my wires up so they are not all over place, left it tidy, was polite and courteous at all times, would definitely recommend.

Fitted new aerial, didn't clear up after the job, leaving piles of brick dust and bits of cable, plastic and other fittings in two rooms in the house. Picture and reception subsequently still poor with constant breaking up, so asked to come back to fix it . Carl would not come out to repair under guarantee and increased the price of work by over double on second visit. On second visit, he cracked tiles on a brand new roof but didn't say anything. In total I have spent nearly pound300 on new aerials and cables and my TV picture is worse than before. He had a poor attitude and was not particularly pleasant to deal with. I'm now going elsewhere to fix the poor quality workmanship. Would not recommend in the slightest, in fact, would recommend to avoid at all costs.
Carl came out the day after my enquiry and did a very good job of relocating my satellite dish and aerial. There was a four way splitter on my aerial which meant the amount of work involved was difficult to quote for, but Carl's final bill was less than he had said it might be and he clearly was absolutely fair with the final bill. He also retuned my TV with expertise. I did have to remove the redundant material myself and it would have been a good idea to explain that, but still a five star review from me.

After having problems receiving a signal from our aerial, I contacted Carl and he came out to see us promptly. Lovely guy, turned up on time, nothing too much trouble for him, had to do a bit of detective work before finding the problem but once found sorted within the hour. The second time I've used him and I can thoroughly recommend him both times.
Contacted Carl late one night as my mother's TV not working and as a 90 year old with dementia this is key to her life. Carl came the next day and fixed it. Very prompt, friendly and reliable service. Great value for money. Knowing I was nowhere near he could have taken advantage on prices but he is clearly a very honest and reputable trader. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
Problems with TV signal on and off, I had no HD programmes, TV Engineer recommended Carl. I contacted Carl he came out and diagnosed weak signal strength, he changed the TV lead, helped a bit but I decided to have a new TV aerial. Carl came when he said he would and put up a new aerial checked every thing was working ok. He was very professional, really pleased. Job Well Done Thank You. I would highly recommend Carl.

Carl did a great job for us. We had a problem when sky was removed and cable installed. He quickly worked out the problem and sorted it out so all TV's in the property now work properly. Excellent customer service, came on time and very reasonable prices would definitely use him again.
Carl was very prompt at time arrival, friendly chap, refitted my aerial and told me reason why my bracket had broke, definitely would recommend, if my problem happens again Carl will relocate aerial as we had discussion about it, thank you Carl.
Carl tried to solve the problem over the phone, but when that was not possible he volunteered to come over to the property on Sunday morning although we live outside his area range. As promised he came and quickly sorted out the problem. He was friendly and very helpful. An excellent person to deal with.

I contacted Carl as my Free sat box had stopped receiving a signal. He responded promptly and was able to visit the same day. The problem was fixed quickly and neatly. Prompt service and polite, came as soon as they could due to recent bad winds. Only waited a day for Carl and his wife to come out. Was recommended to use him, glad I did. Reasonable in price for what was needed. Will use him again and highly recommend him.
I phoned Carl on Saturday afternoon and he came on Sunday morning to install a new tv. The aerial signal was very poor so Carl advised a Freesat box. I'm disabled and Carl went over and above to help me. He was kind, reliable, patient and very trustworthy. His charge was incredibly reasonable especially as it was Sunday. Don't bother looking for other installers; this is the guy (Carl) for you! I contacted him by Facebook so I could give him the details, water in the aerial cable for one, and I had a response promptly. His quote seemed very reasonable and, as arranged, he came the next day on time. As expected, a new aerial was needed, plus cable and amplifier which was installed in no time at all, but without being rushed. The new aerial was directed to a different transmitter, so he retuned the TV and checked all channels were being received. The bill was exactly as quoted, no sudden extras or VAT added. The strong winds over the last few days have made no difference; the aerial is still there! You will find Carl to be very friendly, but not wasting time with idle chit-chat. I have been pondering over any minus points to balance this review, but can't think of any.
Called Carl early on Christmas Eve, when it turned out he was not intending to work. Came before lunch and cleared our self induced problem. Extremely polite and did not appear to want payment for a pointless call out. I would certainly recommend him and use him again if we had a real problem.
