Timberfella are a family business, Dean & Julie, based in Morton, with over 35 years of Carpentry experience & City & Guilds qualifications in Tree Felling & Arboriculture. We offer a Carpentry/ Tree & Hedge maintenance service to the local area including Parish Councils. All green waste is chipped & either left on-site as mulch or taken away. Our aim is to provide a good service at a reasonable price.

I was given a quote by Dean to take down a tree, which included cutting the larger trunks into manageable section, medium size branches to be removed and smaller parts to be chipped. This was carried out to the letter. The site was tided up, so much so, you couldn't tell they had been. To say I was over the moon with their work and their price is an understatement. I asked Dean if he could take down a 2nd tree and prune 2 plum trees, this he did a week later, again very satisfied with the workmanship and price, so much so, I have requested further work to be carried out in January 2025.Cannot recommend Timberfella highly enough.
Used Sean recently to lop a cherry tree and two conifers. Very pleasant chap, gave good helpful advice and very knowledgeable regarding trees and the best times to lop them. Good, tidy worker and fair pricing. He even repaired my hedge cutter for me. Will be using him again and would definitely recommend.

What an absolute first class service from Dean at Timberfella. From initial contact to completing the job Dean was clear about the work, price and timings. The job he has done in cutting back my conifers and ivy is excellent. All cuttings shredded and cleared and apart from the newly trimmed hedge, you wouldn't know they'd been. Highly recommended.

Dean pruned several large hawthorns and felled saplings. He chipped and removed all cuttings, and swept the area. He was prompt, organised, offered advice and discussed the work with me first to ensure he did the best job. I would highly recommend Dean, and will use his services again when necessary.
This was the second time we have used Dean at Timberfella. The price quoted was reasonable and the work was carried to a high standard and all the debris was removed and the garden left clean and tidy. We will contact him again should we require similar work in the future.

I employed Timberfella to remove some of my garden trees. Dean and Scott arrived on time and did an excellent job, both in cutting down the trees and removing the resulting waste, all at a very reasonable price. They were pleasant and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Dean pollarded a Willow tree for us. He arrived on time and carried out the work to a very good standard and removed all the waste. We will definitely contact him again if we require further work.

Dean cut down and took away a weeping willow tree from my garden. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked very carefully so that the nearby shed and shrubs were not damaged. He's a friendly guy who did an excellent job at a fair price and I am very happy to recommend him.

We have used Dean now a couple of times for cutting back trees, hedges, general garden maintenance and most recently replacing our fencing. He is very reliable does exactly what is required and leaves without making a mess. He quotes a fair price, can be left to just get on with the job and can dispose of all waste. I would have no hesitation recommending him.
