Great service from start to finish. Lee quoted to have both a fire & radiator fitted at my mother in laws property at a very competitive price. These were both fitted professionally by the guys at Chatsworth Plumbing & heating & came when they said they would. I would definitely recommend them for future projects.

*Customer feedback* An empty property I was selling was flooded after a pipe burst in the cold weather. I was recommended Chatsworth Plumbing by my estate agents, Saxton Mee. They fixed the leak and advised that I should install two dehumidifiers for a fortnight to dry the property. I accepted their recommendation and they proceeded to do this. They invoiced me and the two dehumidifiers ran for two weeks then were removed. When I visited a week later the property was still soaking wet. This would have been clear to them when they were removed, yet they said nothing to me and still took the money for their completely ineffective work. I later found out that my insurance loss adjuster told the estate agent that the two dehumidifiers were insufficient and that five would be needed for four weeks. Nobody told me this and the insurers are now saying they will not pay for the additional work involved in drying the house due to the delay. *Traders reply* The property in question was visited early January as requested by our customer due to burst pipes in roof space. The bursts were remedied during that same visit and customer was advised to have pipes lagged and central heating back on as soon as possible to assist the dry-out. Humidifiers were also recommended to speed up the drying out process. The customer declined the suggestion of the lagging of the pipes and the central heating option, but accepted the option of 2 x industrial humidifiers which were immediately sourced and put in-situ the following day. One of our engineers then proceeded to visit the property daily to check and empty the humidifiers for a fortnight at no extra cost until humidifiers returned If the customer has adhered to our advice and combined the heating option alongside the humidifiers, the property would have dried out considerably. Chatsworth Plumbing & Heating addressed numerous properties with similar issues during the same month of January this year, all of which were resolved with no further action required.

*Customers feedback* Be careful to lock in a price before they come. I was over charged for the work done. *Traders Reply* Customer called regarding tap repairs. One of our engineers duly went to review work required. On inspection, customer was advised new taps were needed and wash hand basin would need to be removed to fit new taps - wash hand basin then to be reinstalled. In total, this comprised of 2 x visits. 1st visit being potential tap repair, 2nd visit actually fitting new taps etc.. The customer was advised of final costs when job completed. No issues were discussed. Customer also paid promptly without comment at the time so we were lead to believe customer was happy with the work undertaken.

Always prompt to react to requests and call-outs. Very courteous and competent team.

Another excellent response to an emergency. A damaged kitchen mixer tap. New tap sourced and fitted within 24 hours.

These guys are amazing… I would recommend them unreservedly! Our bathroom plumbing was in a mess after having previously used a different company. Chatsworth Plumbing and heating gave us some great advice, turned up when they said they would, did a fantastic and efficient job, and charged a fair price. You can really trust these guys!

This is the second time I have had Chatsworth Plumbing and Heating do some work for me. The first time the standards were very high, which is why I used them again. They did not disappoint - excellent work, on time, scrupulously tidy. Money very well spent. What's not to like?

*Customer Feedback* Initial work was done on Tues.7 Jan. 'the next Friday.' was given for the next work. But no workmen appeared on the 10 Jan, instead they came on the 17 Jan., a day after I returned from hospital cancer surgery. I did not agree to that date and my recovery was delayed by the upsetting disruption. *Traders Reply* We arrived to do the work on the 17th January. We had the conversation regarding a possible misunderstanding regarding dates, to which we apologised and nothing more was said. The work was completed satisfactorily. Unfortunately there was no mention of any hospital treatment/surgery otherwise we would have obviously undertaken the work at another time to suit our customer.

Always reliable, helpful and go out of their way to sort things out. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Our 35 year old boiler broke down on Christmas Day of all days, the heat exchanger sprung a leak so I needed a new boiler fast. What with festive holidays and weekends it wasn't going to be easy to get a replacement boiler fitted quickly. Contacted Chatsworth Plumbing and Heating and Lee responded quickly on 27th Dec and later came out on site to get me a quote before the New Year to get things moving. They worked hard and got a new boiler up and running on 3rd Jan. Really appreciated the excellent service from Lee and the lads. Fully recommended. *****

*Customer Feedback* We asked Lee to replace a faulty valve on our heating which he installed for the previous owner as our local plumber couldn't work out how the dual log burner/gas boiler system worked. Despite chasing Lee and his electrician, 3 months later we are still waiting. *Traders Reply* The delay on this job is due to the fact that the parts required are not ?shelf items?. We have been struggling to source the parts as the brand no longer make this particular valve. Our electrical contractor, not employed by Chatsworth Plumbing, has been in touch with this customer to inform them of the lengthy delay in sourcing the part and at no time did they offer negative feedback to him.

Lee and his boys are just simply the "go to" plumbers. We have used them on various occasions and they are very reassuring to have around. They certainly know their stuff and we cannot recommend them too highly.

I unexpectedly needed to replace the central heating system, including a new condensing boiler and pipework, in our Victorian detached house. Positive Trusted Trader feedback led us to Chatsworth Plumbing and into the very professional hands of Lee and his team. With winter arriving we were delighted with their reliability, exceptional customer service and the overall quality of the work undertaken. We selected Chatsworth Plumbing and Heating from the Derbyshire Trusted Trader website. A house purchase in December came with an old and, as it turned out, a non working gas boiler. Risk of very cold weather made the idea of contacting several traders and waiting for quotes undesirable so we went to Trusted Trader website and selected Lee from their list because of previous reviews. From initial contact until completion of installation Lee was friendly and very efficient. Quote for a new boiler seemed reasonable to us so we went ahead with the work. Communication was always swift and visits to the property were always as stated, work was done quickly and efficiently and any mess cleared away from site. Will happily use Lee again when required.

Having previously used "CPH" to sort out a boiler and pump problem decided to use them to upgrade our heating and hot water system. Quality of the work is outstanding, kept to schedule, extremely tidy and pleasant to have them working in the house. Result is a much more comfortable house and a company I have complete confidence in for future works.

We can't recommend Lee and his team too highly. We had an emergency - typically on a Sunday - on one of the hottest days of the year and Lee arranged for Dave to come. To our relief, he sorted it immediately. In addition, on other jobs, we have had excellent service from Lee, the two Jacks and George. What a find they are!

Heating went off and we immediately checked out Trusted Traders and chose Chatsworth Plumbers purely on reviews. Boy, so glad we did. They are simply brilliant. We had to have a new boiler and radiators fitted. We got a good quote and they came on the day and time promised. We were told we would be up and running within three days, wrong it took the lads two! Lee and Jack were the A Team along with Dave and his faithful sidekick George and they never stopped working except for cups of tea!! They were efficient, respectful and polite. They were so friendly it was a joy to have met them. To sum up, we have no hesitation in recommending Chatsworth Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Five Stars all round.

We had a replacement boiler and partial upgrade to the central heating system. Lee Silcock and all his team were skilled, very pleasant, tidy and efficient. This was a complicated job but Lee was always calm, reassuring, patient and focused on getting any problems sorted out. This was not the easiest time to be undertaking the work with the current Covid situation, but they were sensible in their approach. Thankfully their positive attitudes to the job, and friendly disposition, helped to make it a much more straightforward experience for us than it might otherwise have been.

Lee responded to a main water pipe leak very promptly and was very professional in repairing it as fast as possible. Fair price charged. Highly recommended.
