We are so pleased with the door and windows fitted to our porch earlier than we expected. Excellent job by Tom and Zak, would definitely recommend this company and the price was very reasonable.
I chose Uniglaze because I knew how happy family and friends were who had used them previously. I had all of my windows and doors replaced with Uniglaze, two doors and eleven windows including a bow window in the living room. The entire process from start to finish was stress free and comfortable. I'm delighted with all the windows and doors, they've made such a big difference and I'd be more than happy to recommend Uniglaze to anyone.
We had our upstairs windows replaced by Uniglaze. The whole process has been handled effortlessly and efficiently by John and his team. From initially meeting John, who made us feel immediately at ease, the whole process was explained, and in half the timeframe we were told, it was all done. On the day the glazers were incredibly respectful of our wishes, our property and our neighbours. They removed and replaced the windows extremely quickly and left no mess whatsoever. Excellent all around, and will seek them out for future projects.

The owner, John Buck, gave us a very competitive price for the windows and door. He gave the impression of being competent and knowledgeable and did not engage in the hard sell. The window glass and door were supplied and fitted within the expected time scale. The fitters Tom and Zac, arrived at the time promised, were friendly and efficient and cleared up after completion of the work. Overall, we were very impressed by our first dealings with Uniglaze and are very satisfied with the quality of their products and workmanship. We would happily recommend Uniglaze to anyone requiring this type of work.

We have used Uni-Glaze on a few occasions now, as the service, product and after sales is second to none! John gives a very competitive quote without pressure to buy. The fitters Tom and Zak have made a fabulous job of our latest windows and even made good some bits of shoddy brickwork done by previous window fitters! We would recommend Uni-Glaze to anyone thinking of double glazing, in fact we wouldn't go anywhere else!

We had been considering doing work on our existing double glazed windows and porch, for a period of time, and seeing one of our neighbours homes having new windows and porch installed, we were interested in how they, Uni-Glaze, had performed. We were invited to view the installation by our neighbour and talked in-depth about how Uni-Glaze had carried out the project from instigation to completion. Discussing all aspects of the work away from Uni-Glaze knowledge, we felt confident they would do a good job. We visited their showroom in Ilkeston and discussed our total requirements with John Buck, Proprietor of Uni-Glaze. Having spent 30 years in Shop fitting Project Management myself, our trust in spending an amount of capital with Uni-Glaze would be rewarded was only reconfirmed. Now the installation has been completed we can say with total confidence Uni-Glaze is a very professional, efficient, cost effective and a very pleasantly friendly company to work with. The workmen also cannot be recommended highly enough for their proficient workmanship, thorough cleanliness and friendly demeanour. They left leaving not a trace of debris behind them. We have no hesitation in recommending them. as a very Trusted Trader.

Uni-glaze recently installed a new composite door, French doors and a window for me. I found the company very professional throughout the process. There was no hard sell at all which I really appreciated and the price was competitive and fair. The installation went very well, the two installers worked incredibly hard and the workmanship is outstanding. The quality of the products is superb. Without doubt I would definitely use this company again. I cannot recommend them enough.

You came on time to do the measurement and quote and gave me a time frame to work to. If I had to call the office the lady on the phone was very friendly and professional. The guys who came to fit the door were very committed to doing a good job and worked hard to get the job done. Uni-Glaze fitted a back door for us and they were brilliant. Two fitters came and worked so hard and we are absolutely thrilled with the door and the workmanship. The two lads were lovely and very professional and cleaned all the dust and mess up. When we are ready to have the rest of the house double glazed, we will be ringing this company again.

Felt so comfortable with everybody I dealt with in this business right from the start, from John who came to measure up and who listened to exactly what I was after and who I bombarded with questions via phone calls and email all of which were answered promptly and professionally. The lady in the shop who's name I unfortunately did not get who took my deposit, pointed me in the right direction for the things I wanted to look at and double check as well as providing colour charts and furniture booklets and talking me through the 'what happens next stage'. To the couple of lads that came out to fit, who really knew their stuff and left the area clean and tidy as well as doing an excellent job. I can not recommend Uniglaze enough absolutely brilliant! Very pleased.
