We chose Eagle above the other two companies because they were happy to adapt the system to our needs, they were very quick to respond to our questions and modified the specification as we became clearer on what we wanted. Dave Riley visited straight away. From first contact to final installation completed today Dave has listened to our needs, offered helpful advice, and made sure that the system we have is what we want. He has been professional and courteous throughout. I like that they have trained and developed their own staff, who also carry out the maintenance. The alarm engineer Rob who completed the work has been helpful and courteous throughout. His work has been very tidy with minimal disruption and he gave a very clear handover and explanation when it was completed. A professional installation and I am very happy to recommend Eagle Security.
