1. They answer telephone calls. 2. Came on date and time pre- arranged to examine the jobs cost. 3. Came on date and time on 21/10/19 to fit the window and sort gaskets throughout the house. I wished there were more companies as good as Abbey & Burton

Would absolutely recommend Abbey Glass who responded to my call and fitted in my appointment within 2 working days, excellent response. I had 2 broken panes of glass, replaced in 2 separate sash windows on a grade II listed property. Abbey arrived on time and both contractors were extremely courteous, offering to clean up immediately. It really was assuring to see a great job, really professionally done at the price quoted. I am delighted with the workmanship and am equally pleased with the end result. Will absolutely use Abbey Glass again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

Excellent quality doors fitted. I would have selected "very satisfied" except that they brought the wrong front door (mistake by surveyor) - opened the wrong way - and had to reorder and put old door back on temporarily!
