We've used Buxton's plumbers for a number of years, in factory premises and in our home, and they've always been a great company - from the guys who initially visit site to quote to the plumbers who see the job through. They are professional, helpful, friendly, efficient, clean, tidy and reliable. Absolutely wouldn't use anyone else for any plumbing job - big or small.

I was a trusted trader member when I carried out pest control before I retired, and so knew I could get some good trades people from there.

We had a few quotes, but chose MD and BW Buxton after a visit from Paul Buxton, who having listened to our hopes and wishes for our bathroom project, came up with some excellent ideas on design and fittings. We also needed a new boiler, and they supplied and fitted that immediately prior to starting on our bathroom. Throughout the entire process, from beginning to end, we were impressed with the professionalism of this firm. They worked tirelessly, and diligently, cleaning up any mess as they went along, as well as cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each days work. The final outcome of the job was that we have a bathroom that exceeded our expectations, with water heated by an excellent combi boiler. We are absolutely delighted. P.S. On the whole, the men seem to prefer coffee, milk and one sugar.
