We actually went to their showroom where Amber explained about the windows and doors we were looking at, she has an excellent knowledge and I can truly say that she sold them to us and should have got any commission really. We had a quote from the sales guy who did the initial measuring and then the Surveyor came to do the final measurements, he also pointed out things regarding the door threshold that had not been mentioned earlier. The installation only took 1.5 days and it was a pleasure to have Dan and Jake in our house. They were very professional, competent and lovely friendly lads. Their work was excellent, very neat and tidy, no mess at all and they even swept everywhere when they had finished. A first class installation. We cannot speak highly enough of them. Excellent communication from the office staff from start to finish. An excellent service from all concerned. We are over the moon with everything and shall definitely use Classic Windows again and recommend them to everyone. Thank you to all concerned.

They fitted replacement front and back doors to a high standard. I have used them before to fit double glazing and guttering and have always been happy with them. Their prices are competitive.

In more detail, we have been a customer of Classic Windows for approx. thirteen years. Our recent order was for replacing and updating some window units that were unexpectedly damaged. In placing this order with them, we broke the rule of always getting multiple quotes. Our trust was rewarded with an excellent experience and outcome. About three years ago Classic Windows replaced our original soffits, fascia and guttering. Despite some horrendous weather during the fitting, we were satisfied with the end result. The fitting team got very wet, but we didn't. Our first experience of Classic Windows, some thirteen years ago, did have some problems, mostly related to third party supplied items. However, the issues were addressed thoroughly and a satisfactory outcome achieved. Our experience suggests that their 10 year guarantee is sound and the value of this should not to be underestimated when judging quotes from other suppliers.

This Company carried out extensive work for me with new soffits, fascia boards, gutters and downpipes. The work was carried out as quoted, and only slightly overrunning due to weather problems. I am happy with the quality of the work and would happily recommend them. The final cost was the same as the quote some months earlier.

They call when they say, there was no pressure to buy. They install when they say. Good communication throughout. May not be the cheapest, but you get the service you pay for with these guys. Used them time and time again.

We approached Classic Windows because of the recommendations they receive as a Trusted Trader and after disillusionment with some companies who gave a hard sell or didn't seem to be able to individualise what we were asking for. They did not disappoint and we were impressed from the first sales advice visit until the end of the installation when they very helpfully did a couple of minor additional jobs for us on older windows which they had not supplied.. Good products, friendly but efficient ethos and a company that deserves to continue to do well. We shall certainly use them again.

Good service from start to finish. Initial dealings with their salesman very helpful in sorting out the best plan for our job and also from their surveyor to confirm the installation details. Installers had a few problems but sorted things out to our satisfaction, and cleared up well, with all the old units taken away.
