Ashbrook Roofing repaired the flashing round our chimney stack which had developed a leak. From the first phone call to the actual repair job Ashbrook were friendly, helpful and professional. The repair was done very quickly as promised. We were very pleased with the service from them and would highly recommend them.

Having left answerphone messages and sent emails to a couple of other roofers in the Matlock area and never getting any kind of response was very depressing. So I wasn't very hopeful that I would be able to get my small roof repair job done before winter. However, when I rang Ashbrook Roofing, the telephone was actually answered by a human being and a very polite and helpful one at that! I explained the three small jobs that needed doing, and was asked if I could email them some relevant photographs, partly so they could assess the working environment which I did. At breakfast two days later, they rang to ask if someone would be in later that morning, because they would be able to do all three jobs around that time. The two people turned up on time, had already been briefed on what was needed, and completed the three jobs very efficiently. They were also friendly and polite. As a result of this efficiency and courtesy, they will be my first port of call if ever I need work doing in the future.
