Here at Roof Rooms, we understand that investing in a loft conversion is a large commitment and not one to be taken lightly. With over 25 years of creating loft conversions in the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area, We believe that when done properly converting your loft into an extra room/rooms is the no1 cost effective way of increasing your living space and increasing the value of your property. At Roof Rooms, we design and build our loft conversions to last, and to back this up, we provide a longer and a more comprehensive guarantee than any of our competitors. We believe that it is important that you, the client are involved in the design of the loft conversion, so after consultation, we will provide a full set of working drawings that you are happy and a full set of engineers structural calculations before any work commences. At Roof Rooms, no two loft conversions are the same, and all of our loft stairs are traditionally made with no MDF and all flights are custom built to suit your requirements. Our designers will work with you to develop innovative solutions to include loft bathrooms, wardrobe space, and loft storage as required.

I contacted Jon at Roof Rooms, before we even put in our offer on the bungalow we wanted to buy, to see if what we wanted to do was even possible. Jon kindly came and met us there to discuss our options with having a loft conversion done and we were delighted to be told it was possible. The work started only a few weeks after we moved in, in January and the team were just incredible from start to finish. The communication was second to none, always responding fast and
efficiently and never leaving us with any doubts about what was
happening through the whole process. The guys who worked for us, Josh, Jamie, Paul and Roy where all so polite, Kind and trustworthy. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, they achieved everything we wanted and even better than we imagined. We had 2 bedrooms in our loft space and a staircase fitted, it was all designed between us and it all looks just perfect, like it was meant to be. Thank you so much to you all. Jon and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Professional, all team members clearly experts in their field,
efficient, friendly, these guys really understood what we aspired to for our loft conversion, and delivered it perfectly. From the outset the Roof Rooms team worked flexibly and in collaboration with us - a massive positive - which is what made us decide to go with them
despite a slightly higher initial quotation but not the most expensive either. The end result is a conversion that seamlessly
blends into our 1930s property - it looks like it's always been there, from the interior stairway to the external aspects, brickwork, side dormer and rear gable with balcony. Great job. We're very happy. 100% recommend for your conversion!
Thank you so much Roof Rooms. It's been a pleasure working with Roof Rooms. I am so enjoying my loft conversion I don't want to leave and come downstairs. It took me almost 2 months to find a company who
came forward to do the job. I did email building companies, put an advert on job sites, etc. but I was told without calculations and drawings no builder will budge and indeed no building company
contacted me. Roof Rooms however did reply to my email and could do all from start to finish- from architect drawings/calculations to building, which in my opinion is much easier when everything is under one roof and you deal with 1 company only. This company is very
consistent, reliable, stand by their word and deliver. The team on site were very polite, respectful and very pleasant to work with. They were conscious of noise level and cleaned after them. They updated me as they went along. They just get on with it - no messing about. This was evident to my whole neighbourhood as they all started making comments about how they just get on with it. Excellent job
done.
Can't praise Jon and his team enough. Jon knew what we wanted even
before we did and took care of the whole process from start to
finish, striking just the right balance between keeping us
updated/requiring our input and sorting things out himself. Attention to detail was second to none, he designed a floating staircase pulled away from a feature window whereas other loft conversion companies
had told us we'd need to get rid of the window. He sourced doors to match the 1930s doors we had elsewhere in the house. Communication all via email which I really appreciated as it meant we had a record of discussions and what was agreed. He was fair and upfront in his pricing. The joinery in particular was immaculate. Roof Rooms made the whole loft conversion process as stress free as possible, recommend them wholeheartedly.

Jon and Roof Rooms were fantastic from start to finish. They are value for money and then some with hard work ethic, overcome problems and supply and the finish and skills as well as the plumber and tiler they use were excellent. Would recommend them highly to anyone wanting a loft conversion.

We have just had a loft conversion completed by this company. The service was very comprehensive from start to finish as the company takes care of all aspects. We only had to order and pay for our own bathroom suite and tiles. Everything else was included in the price. All of the tradesmen were extremely polite and professional and
respected our privacy. Once the work had begun they turned up every day and the job was completed in a timely manner and to a very high
