We recently used Heatguard Windows to replace our existing conservatory roof with an insulated warm roof. We are really satisfied with the outcome. Dean and Dale did a really good job removing the old roof and replacing it with the new one in the 2 days that they were with us and tidied as the work progressed. The plastering, decoration and electrical work is now complete and the finished product looks good.
We had been looking to replace some misted glass panels in our conservatory, but having had problems in getting tradesmen to give us a price not responding to our emails, we contacted Heatguard and decided to replace the roof completely. The workmen arrived promptly on the date, they didn't rush the job and were very accommodating. Some plastering needed doing and again the workmen were spot on. Overall we are glad we decided to opt for the full replacement and to use Heatguard.

2 exceptionally wet days did not stop the team from cracking on and completing the installation of 5 windows, 1 was a challenging bedroom bay. Very thorough, tidy and professional. Nice and helpful people, very happy with their work. Listened to initial request and it was done to the letter.
Heatguard were recommended to me and the recommendation was truly justified. Initial visit followed quickly from my initial phone call and was very friendly and positive. Others told me the front door set up I wanted wasn't feasible but that wasn't a problem for Heatguard. I am extremely happy with the design offered, manufactured and subsequently fitted. The fitters were efficient and friendly and left everything clean and tidy on completion. We had all our windows changed using Heatguard and the installers who arrived to fit the new windows were on time, very respectful of us and our property, very clean workers cleaning up at each stage and the end result has been better than we could ever imagine with no touching up or finishing required by us. I highly recommend HeatGuard, excellent from start to finish. I wanted 5 wooden windows/front door in my 1st floor flat replacing with uPVC triple glazing and a composite door. Everybody I spoke to by phone and visited were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful and arrived promptly. The consultant Mark, who set my mind at ease, made recommendations and gave me a very reasonable quote. Darrell the surveyor who measured up, finalised my choices and set my expectations, and fitters Dale, Dean and Jack who worked carefully and extremely hard, but were remarkably quick to finish and clear up. Have used Heatguard before to build a new conservatory. This occasion was for a new door. They arrived exactly on time, did the job as required, and cleaned up after them. Very fair price, we were not pressurised at any time, and were in fact offered cheaper alternatives. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

To all different trades that followed when we had all our widows and doors changed and upgrade to our conservatory roof. My wife and I have had new bi-fold doors installed today. I have used Heatguard before and I have always been completely satisfied. I contacted Mark about 3 weeks ago to discuss the options and he came to see me the following day. He gave a thorough explanation of the doors and good brochures for me to see. At no point was he pushy or try to sell. His main emphasis was a confidence in the quality doors his company would provide. He was happy of our request to defer our decision to purchase suggesting we call at the showroom ourselves to check the quality. The service in the showroom was very good Jim and again not pushy. 36 hours later we decided to proceed. Within 24 hours the Heatguard surveyor Darrall arrived to obtain precise measurements. Andy and Luke arrived right on time to fit my doors. They were good friendly men who were positive and smiling from the start. They worked exceptionally hard and delivered high quality work.

I had a replacement front door with top and side glaze panels fitted 18 months ago by a trader no longer in business. Unfortunately the door badly warped, very draughty. We contacted Heatguard for an estimate to repair. We were pleased with their quick response and advice on the day. The quotation was accepted, it was very good and a date was agreed for fitting. It was a pleasure to have them they were friendly, polite, cleaned up as they worked. The frame work had to be split and partially renewed the top glaze was renewed as well as the door. The side glaze panel did not require replacement. Their workmanship was excellent. When completed there were no visible signs that any repairs had taken place. It looked like new. The company have been really easy to deal with and accommodating from the start with useful suggestions and ideas we hadn't thought of, our windows were measured and fitted within 2 weeks and even when I changed my mind on a couple of windows it wasn't to much trouble to sort. The installation guys were brilliant, very thorough and cleaned up well afterwards. Thoroughly recommend thank you.

Very satisfied with our new warm conservatory roof, it did take longer than we expected due to a problem with a supplier Heat Guard was using at that time. A couple of other small snags were dealt with quickly. All of the team worked hard, were polite and left the site tidy after each visit. We would certainly recommend Heat Guard, in fact we are looking into having all of our house windows and doors replaced by them in 2024.

We have used Heatguard Windows Ltd for many years. They always provide excellent, friendly, service and their windows and doors are good quality and value.
I have now used Heatguard Ltd, Chesterfield for a full triple glazed conservatory, a new composite front door and recently for a large window upgrade and replacement. Every time the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent and I would no t hesitate to recommend the company to anybody. The whole team love their work, are experienced and are totally quality and customer focussed. Not many companies do this nowadays and this culture is so obviously driven by the owner Mark Eels to every member of his team. I just cannot fault his knowledge and professionalism plus the amazing support from the Contract Manager, fast and clean fitters and don't forget Hayley for the admin and paperwork. Finally, on the few occasions where I have needed post contract support or adjustment, this has always been dealt with quickly, efficiently, at no cost, with no fuss, giving the proper Customer Care and Support that they advertise. I am already saving for my next job!
They replaced my conservatory roof. They were very prompt, very courteous, very efficient, very effective, very professional, very tidy. I fully recommend them and would use them again if the need for glazing arises.
Darrell and his mate from HeatGuard did an excellent job replacing my back door. Prompt, pleasant and efficient, they were 1st class. They cleared up well, taking the old door away. It was just over 3 weeks from my placing the order to its completion, with 2 preliminary visits, including measuring up. I accepted their recommendation as to type of door. The price was reasonable for the present time. I had used them a couple of times before and would use them again. They even kindly fixed my side gate frame, which was loose.
Dean and Dale the fitters did an excellent job, very neat, we were worried about the mess it may cause but the finish was great. We would thoroughly recommend the 2 fitters and Heatguard. Heatguard made a 17 year old conservatory like new with a tiled roof and new window units. All the team was first class in every way.
The sales person wasn't pushy and was very patient in our circumstances and when the lads started the work, they were polite, punctual and took pride in what they were doing. They had awful weather to work in on a couple of the days and a couple of hiccups but they sorted it all in our allocated time and the quality and workmanship was very professional. I would recommend these to anyone wanting new windows, doors, soffits and fascia's in a heartbeat, extremely pleased with this company.

This was the second time we have used this company, the reason being we were very happy the first time around. This time it was a new door being fitted. From the original enquiry, through the measuring up and to the fitters, everyone was helpful, polite and the job was completed to our satisfaction. And not many companies wouldn't have requested a big deposit up front, another plus.
I do not normally give reviews; however Mark and his team have turned that on its head. We have had windows replaced and a new glass roof installed on our conservatory. Mark has been an excellent source of information, knowledge and point of contact. He obviously takes great pride in his business. The fitting day passed smoothly and his team worked well. The end product is just perfect and we are very pleased with it. When, at the last minute, we were let down by another tradesman, Mark introduced us to Scott of Scott Marsden electricians to ensure the installation of the conservatory fan was completed on time. Heatguard Windows supplied new patio doors to replace ones which would not open and were fogged up, also 2 replacement bedroom windows, also fogged up. They replaced broken locks on other windows. The whole process went like clockwork from start to finish. The fitters Connor and John were friendly, professional, made sure that everything worked as it should and cleared up afterwards.
