Heatguard made a 17 year old conservatory like new with a tiled roof and new window units. All the team was first class in every way.
The sales person wasn't pushy and was very patient in our circumstances and when the lads started the work, they were polite, punctual and took pride in what they were doing. They had awful weather to work in on a couple of the days and a couple of hiccups but they sorted it all in our allocated time and the quality and workmanship was very professional. I would recommend these to anyone wanting new windows, doors, soffits and fascia's in a heartbeat, extremely pleased with this company.
The team from Heatguard were exemplary from beginning to end. The standard of work was top class and we now have a superb replacement conservatory. Above all the team were a joy to have here with their great senses of humour and are now much missed. Thank you all so much.

This was the second time we have used this company, the reason being we were very happy the first time around. This time it was a new door being fitted. From the original enquiry, through the measuring up and to the fitters, everyone was helpful, polite and the job was completed to our satisfaction. And not many companies wouldn't have requested a big deposit up front, another plus.
I do not normally give reviews; however Mark and his team have turned that on its head. We have had windows replaced and a new glass roof installed on our conservatory. Mark has been an excellent source of information, knowledge and point of contact. He obviously takes great pride in his business. The fitting day passed smoothly and his team worked well. The end product is just perfect and we are very pleased with it. When, at the last minute, we were let down by another tradesman, Mark introduced us to Scott of Scott Marsden electricians to ensure the installation of the conservatory fan was completed on time. I would definitely recommend Mark and his team at HeatGuard Windows to undertake your project.
An absolute pleasure to deal with Heatguard Windows. We recently had a front door fitted and from Mark coming to measure and quote to the guys who fitted the door, we received excellent service and a first class end product. Heatguard Windows supplied new patio doors to replace ones which would not open and were fogged up, also 2 replacement bedroom windows, also fogged up. They replaced broken locks on other windows. The whole process went like clockwork from start to finish. The fitters Connor and John were friendly, professional, made sure that everything worked as it should and cleared up afterwards. They even replaced the fence panel they had had to remove in order to get the materials through! I would certainly recommend Heatguard Windows.

Cannot fault this company, they replaced a glass conservatory roof with a Guardian Roof, it is everything that Mark said, should have had it done sooner it's made a vast difference, warm and still light, a proper room which is very comfortable any time of year. Now waiting for new composite door, which I'm sure will be fine.

Pleased with the work updating our conservatory undertaken by Dean and Dale on behalf of Heatguard in very difficult weather conditions. We are pleased with the finished overall result. We have had difficulty in getting some minor work looked at despite number of calls to the company. We appreciate that there have been business challenges but there is an opportunity to improve the after sales experience to provide confidence to customers.

From the very first contact there was a level of professionalism and honesty that was head and shoulders above most other companies we contacted. Once we'd engaged with Mark we knew the benchmark for other companies in terms of product knowledge, customer relationship and trust building and getting to the important stuff quickly i.e. cost and material options. Mark was super fast and gave us the details we needed. Our choice was rewarded with a great product that was fitted by Dean and Dale, these guys are a pleasure to have on site and doing a job for you. I had patio doors and a bedroom window fitted. They made an excellent job, very neat, nothing to clear up after. All of the Heat Guard employees were polite and easy to speak to. I am totally satisfied with the work they have done for me.
Used Heatguard to install new front porch door and panel because they did such a good quality job in installing a new back door last year. The Heatguard fitters, the twins, did a really professional job despite the adverse weather conditions. It was an awkward place to install the door and panel in but despite this they found a way around the problem and did a really good job. Very pleased with the result.
Amazing service at HeatGuard Windows in Chesterfield. We tried so many places for quotes and information and HeatGuard stood out against all the others. We had our window fitted today and it looks fabulous and it was a great price too. The owner is great and really proactive, got our window sorted quickly with a great price. The guys who fitted the windows were lovely and did a great job. Highly recommend and will be going back for french doors soon.
My wife and I would like to express our sincere thanks to Heatguard for the installation of a new conservatory roof. We are really pleased with the product - it has in effect given us another room - at far, far less that the cost of an extension! We were really pleased with every stage of the project, right from the first contact with Mark, who gave us no pressure whatsoever, through to the final painting of the ceiling. We used Heatguard Windows a couple of years ago to replace our front and back doors. We were very pleased with the service and the doors, so we used them again this time to replace all our worn out UPVC double glazed windows. From quote to completion the service was 5 star. An issue came up during instillation and was sorted without hesitation. The fitters were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this company to friends and family and use them again in a flash. They go the extra mile to ensure you are happy.
