Contacted FlameCare with a problem on my combiboiler and heating and spoke to Vicky who was brilliant, listened to what I said and we came up with a plan to sort the problem. Then Sean came to see me told me what the plan was so it was go go go. So to move, Sean came with Leo, brilliant workers got on with the job and completed it successfully. Please use these people, brilliant company to deal with Vicky, Sean and Leo a credit to the company.
Found Flamecare through local magazine and right from the start I felt dealing with Vicky was the right move. Vicky listened to my problem and I felt confident that the plan we agreed on was for me. All set up very quickly then had visits from Sean then Leo to set things rolling. One week later Sean and Leo arrived to carry out the work. They worked very hard that day and have done a very good job. Vicky is brilliant kept in touch with me throughout so credit to her. As for Sean and Leo they deserve credit as well, of course knew their product, friendly all three, a credit to Flamecare hang on to these people Flamecare workers like these are like gold dust. Many thanks to you all, I will be back.
Flame Care were great to deal with, from the sales office to the engineer who came out to look at the boiler issue, they were all helpful and friendly. They were very quick and managed to get a call out the same afternoon of calling them. Couldn't recommend enough.

Flamecare fitted our boiler and I have had a service plan with them ever since. Sam came out today due to an issue with our boiler and ensured the issue was resolved taking time to explain what he had done, and also had an idea of what the issue was before he arrived so was prepared with parts. Friendly guy and left everything tidy.
We didn't have any hot water so I contacted FlameCare as we have a service plan with them. Sam came out the same day and was very knowledgeable as to what the problem was, he ordered a part and returned the following week to fit the part, the work took 10 minutes, Sam was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would have no problem in recommending FlameCare and the service plan which is very reasonable.

Had Flamecare boiler cover for years, today we had a problem with our heating not working. Sam came out, spent a few hours working on the problem and managed to get it fixed for us. Cant recommend this guy enough for his hard work and determination to get this job fixed for us, especially with a cold house and a little boy in it. As a long standing customer with a service agreement, Flamecare have yet again given same day service. We were left with no heating or hot water, the issue was complex but Sam was first class in identifying the problem and sorting, thanks also to Simon.

I have had a FlameCare Service Plan since 2015 and have always found them helpful and efficient. The engineers have always resolved whatever problem I have had with the boiler and hot water. Today engineer Sam attended my address to resolve an issue with the temperature of the hot water. Sam was very thorough working on the boiler for around 90 mins. He resolved the hot water issue with a new gasket heat exchanger. However Sam also identified a couple of other issues with the boiler which he managed to sort out at the same time without needing a further appointment. I would certainly recommend Sam and the other the engineers of FlameCare as they give an excellent service.
Sam came around within a few minutes and the boiler problem was more complicated than first thought but he fixed it and all is fine. Very good engineer.
As part of the Flame Care monthly plan I felt assured that when a problem cropped up with my boiler that they would respond efficiently. The call was made at 08.30 and they had arrived by 09.00. Sam was friendly and professional and identified the issue replacing a faulty pump immediately. I would highly recommend Flame Care and paying the 25 pound a month cover. Thanks

My boiler was condemned 4 days before Christmas. Simon in the office and Jack and Leo the engineers went above and beyond to make sure a new one was fitted the next day. We already have cover with Flamecare and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Absolutely mazing service.

I have used Flamecare before, originally from Trusted Trader, they have once again provided excellent service from the first phone call, I have had a new toilet and sink fitted and an old gas fire removed. They are a wonderful family firm, all the staff are friendly and helpful. They are reliable, provide great service for a good price, rare to find these days. I will be having a new boiler fitted again in my new house shortly. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends family and neighbours. We have recently had our old bathroom suite replaced by a new shower room, the work being completed by FlameCare, and they have done an amazing job which has the feel of a 5 star hotel. Work carried out very professionally and cleanly. Each day we were updated on what they wanted to achieve and they did. Thanks to Vicky, Mick, Shaun, Jack and Leo, you did a great job. FlameCare have just serviced our boiler and done other plumbing work. This time the engineer was Tom. A very pleasant, courteous and skilled engineer. I will continue to use and recommend FlameCare, an excellent company to deal with.
We had an issue with our boiler and Sam did a great job sorting it out. Sam was there first thing in the morning identified the fault, had a spare part on him and it was quick. Reported a leaking sink tap late pm and Sam arrived on time the following day, he was very polite and knowledgeable and resolved the problem within 20 minutes, very pleased with this service.

I have a service plan with Flamecare and when my shower started to go hot and cold when I used it, I rang them and when the engineer came out he said the boiler needed a new part. This was ordered and I was kept informed of when it would be fitted. The plumber fitted it successfully and now my shower is working properly. I would not hesitate in recommending Flamecare to my friends and family or to anyone else.
We had a continuous drip from our shower and called FlameCare because we have a service contract with them. Sam turned up as promised and identified what was needed. It wasn't something that he had in the van so he went to the two potential suppliers with out success. He left the shower safe and promised to come back as soon as possible. He returned as soon as he had the correct part and fixed the problem in minutes. We are very happy with FlameCare and Sam in particular.
We reported the fault on our boiler on Friday, and were offered an engineer on the Saturday. Due other commitments on our part this was changed to the following Tuesday. Sam, the engineer arrived on time listen to our problem and set about the repair. He was very polite and explained the work carried out and the replacement part fitted. The initial visit to obtain a quote for the removal of the old boiler and tanks, and provision of new boiler was very helpful and informative. The quotation was competitive. On the Saturday requested semi-emergency call-out to fix a leaking radiator and and Sam called first thing Monday morning and repaired the leak in double quick time. Sam is very pleasant and experienced plumber.
We have a FlameCare service plan, and contacted them when our gas fire stopped working. They were quick to come round, but it needed a new part. We were told when it had been ordered, when it had arrived and arranged a fitting date. Sam fitted the part very quickly, so we now have a working fire again, which was covered under the service plan. We would certainly recommend FlameCare.

From the initial visit to obtain a quote, to conversations with their friendly office staff to arrange suitable dates for the work and on to the completion of the old boiler removal and relocation and fitting of a new boiler this couldn't have been better . The personnel involved were professional, courteous and knowledgeable, doing a brilliant job. Whilst here, they protected our carpets and belongings, worked efficiently and always left everything cleaned up behind them. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure our existing radiators and hot water system connected properly with the new boiler, upgrading washers and valves where necessary. They carefully ensured we knew how to operate the new very easy to understand wireless control system so much easier and better than our previous one. I can't praise them highly enough and have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Thank you for doing such a brilliant job.

On the 3/8 a nice lad called Tom came to repair a broken outdoor tap, could not believe the tap had repaired its self from me calling and Tom coming a couple of days later. Neither of us could understand how it had happened or why. Tap is now able to be turned on and off instead of constantly just turning round and round. Was expecting a new tap but everything is fine. No call out fee, I shall certainly be using this company again. Thank you to all staff.x

Have used this company since they installed our new boiler 7 years ago and have an annual service plan with them. Appointments are easily arranged and kept with no problems. We have had the same service engineer over this period Tom Barker, he is always efficient, polite and a very clean and tidy worker.

We had our bathroom completely refitted by FlameCare, bath removed and replaced with a new shower, screen, a built in unit incorporating basin and toilet, Neptune wall and ceiling panels, spotlights, extractor, towel rail, non slip flooring…. we are delighted with it all! From the initial visit by Vicky and Simon to assess the work and what we would like, they have been fantastic to deal with. Vicky who is the most courteous and accommodating person you could meet, answered any queries promptly by phone or email. Samples of both flooring and panels were dropped off so we could choose in our own time. We asked if the work could be carried out while we were away on holiday and this all went to plan, we felt this was a great option. We returned to a fabulous sparkling room. Everything clean and tidy, all mess had been removed. Vicky even called us while we were away to reassure us that everything was going to plan. Thanks to the fitters for their excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Thoroughly recommend everything from start to finish-reliable, cooperative and a pleasure to deal with.
We have been customers of FlameCare for around five years now. We always receive a great, friendly and reliable service from the company, with work being carried out promptly by the most polite team. We most recently called out FlameCare due to a leak with our bathroom sink. A team member was sent out the next day and was very informative when explaining the issue with our sink and the faulty part was quickly replaced. Couldn't recommend FlameCare enough!

Flamecare have fitted us a new shower door ,very efficient service from measuring to fitting ,the shower was left spotless and we are very pleased with the Bi Fold Door, we would definitely recommend Flamecare. We also have our gas service contract with them ,again very good.

Had I known FlameCare employed workers as clean, polite and hard working as Jack and Leo I would have had my boiler changed a long time ago. They are a credit to the company FlameCare changed a long time ago.
Had a water leakage in the kitchen on Saturday pm, phoned the helpline at 2.30 and an engineer Jack arrived 40 minutes later. Jack found a split feed pipe to the washing machine, as he didn't carry one on his van he went out and located one and fitted it, tested it and then manoeuvred the washer back into position and cleaned the kitchen floor. To me this is excellent service and well worth the annual fee we pay, FlameCare have never let us down over the years and as pensioners this gives us complete peace of mind so many thanks to Jack, Simon and the FlameCare Team.

I had been without heating for 5 days despite a couple of 'plumbers/engineers' inspecting my boiler. They were unable to help so neighbour recommended FlameCare who, once I told them my predicament arranged for Sam to come out the same day. He diagnosed the fault immediately and had my system back up and running within minutes. I was so relieved that I decided to sign up for the regular service plan which will give me reassurance for the future. Jack and Leo fitted a new Ideal boiler and plumbed in a radiator for us this week. They were both efficient, tidy and knowledgeable, as well as personable. I have had a Flame care service plan for quite a few years now and have always been totally satisfied. A new boiler is an expensive outlay, but the satisfaction with both boiler, the lads above and the service from Flame care has offset that. Highly recommended for everything.

Over the years there have been several unexpected plumbing issues and in each case, whatever was necessary has been resolved quickly and professionally and without any quibble. We have been with FlameCare for several years now and always had great service from them. On the 20th December, our boiler failed to fire up and I notified them. An engineer visited the same day and diagnosed a fan fault. FlameCare ordered a new fan overnight and a second engineer visited the next day to fit it. With Christmas fast approaching, we had been worried that we would be left with no heat or hot water, but FlameCare diagnosed and fixed the fault in little over 24 hours. 'Fan'tastic service - sorry! It is great to know that, even at busy times of year, FlameCare can react quickly and look after their customers. Merry Christmas FlameCare!
My boiler broke down one day last week when it was very cold. Flamecare managed to send an engineer out the same day and installed a replacement part the next day. The service was quick and professional. The people at Flamecare were always polite and friendly. I definitely recommend Flamecare.

Been a customer of FlameCare for 12 years for servicing and new boiler/radiators. Just had a radiator valve leak and despite them being really busy due to cold weather snap they came out that afternoon to look at issue. Next day, engineer came out to fit new thermostatic valve. We've had our boiler service cover with FlameCare for a number of years. So we knew who to go to for our full bathroom refit including taking out the bath and replacing with a walk in shower and panelled walls and ceiling, new toilet and sink with units. The changes were needed due to medical needs. Vicky saw us through the whole process from the survey with Simon to the jobs completion. Shaun as ever arrived on time and worked hard every day, keeping us informed of progress and consulting us in any adjustments or changes to improve the final look of the completed bathroom. Work started on Monday and fully completed by Friday, price exactly as quoted and was more than competitive than other company's. The final result was more than we hoped for, modern and bright not clinical. Another job completed by polite, friendly, tidy, clean working individuals working together to make our lives easier and the refit stress free. Having been recommended to this company, I had Sean initially visit to look at my broken boiler, he put me at ease and recommended a new boiler. My old boiler was 20 years old and being a pensioner I had no idea of cost and what boiler to buy. Sean suggested an Ideal boiler and I also wanted a new shower and all new radiators. Vicky at the office sent me a written quotation and followed up with a phone call. She explained all queries that I had. I felt for the work they were to carry out the quote they prepared was completely justifiable and it was less than the figure I had in mind. I also got one years' free cover with them to cover all the work plus plumbing and drainage which made me pleased. On the day the work was done, I met Simon, Sean and Jack who worked very hard during this recent hot weather. They placed dust sheets on my carpet, when they finished they cleaned up, took all my old radiators and boiler away. Thank you to these chaps, I cannot recommend you enough, I am delighted.

I decided to have a new boiler and bathroom installed by them, with the stipulation that it had to be done speedily. Rang FlameCare who sent out their engineer Sam who knew immediately what the problem was and fitted a new pump within the hour. I have been a Flamecare customer with a Homecare plan for about 10 years. Recently I had a new condensing boiler at my own house, a combi boiler at my parents home and, only this month I arranged for a combi boiler to be fitted for my daughter. Every step of the way Flamecare were amazing. The telephone service from both Kate and Vicky is always amazingly helpful and polite. All the engineers that have worked on the properties have been excellent. My visit was for a routine boiler service but I also had a couple of other problems that were dealt with promptly. I had had a kitchen tap fitted by FlameCare a few months previously but the hot side was running really slowly. I contacted the office the week prior to my visit and was told I could mention it to the engineer who might have a solution, otherwise I could book another visit afterwards. Tom I think sorted the problem out in a couple of minutes which I was very pleased about. I also had a radiator that didn't seem hot enough and this was resolved during the service visit as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work carried out and feel that the engineer went above and beyond to make sure the problems were solved during my service visit. Thank you.
Called FlameCare and spoke to the lovely Katie in the office. I had come home from a long shift to find I had no heating and hot water. Katie arranged for an engineer immediately and had it sorted in an hour! You are all stars!
Slow leaking radiator valve. Came next day to temporarily stop leak and give quote for new valve. I accepted quote, appointment in a couple of days, Jack appeared to do an excellent job, happy to wear mask, took off shoes, no mess, minimal disruption, and cost within quote. A week later and everything working fine. When my boiler only maintenance and breakdown cover ends in November 2022, I'm going to join their boiler servicing and heating system insurance cover scheme.

We have been with FlameCare for more than 10 years. Their rates are very reasonable and their service package is significantly cheaper and more comprehensive than that of British Gas and the like. On the 3rd March 2022 the motor on our boiler packed up. We contacted them the next morning, they were out by the early afternoon. Despite the part not being readily available they managed to source and fix the part that same day and all the costs were met within the care package. Absolute bargain. Fantastic service yet again. I have had a service agreement with Flamecare for a few years now and have always found them to be very reliable. They come out either on the day or the day after. I have always found that the office staff, Sean and the other engineers are always pleasant.

Fantastic company. On Wednesday I woke to no heating so rang FlameCare. Sam visited me in the same afternoon and got it working. A new pump was required and by Friday morning the pump was fitted. They have today completed the annual service to the gas boiler and the living room gas fire. Arrival was 1st thing this morning, approx 9am, and completed within the hour. This service was arranged by letter last year. Everything was fine. In the past tap, toilet, shower and two leaks have been dealt with efficiently and without any extra charges.

I have had a contract with FlameCare for a number of years and have always found them to be a reliable and trustworthy local company, who do a very good job. Recently I had a radiator problem and needed a new tap fitting and agreed a fair price for the work as it was outside my boiler contract. The work was duly completed satisfactorily by a friendly engineer and throughout it was a pleasure dealing with Vicky back at base. I have subsequently upgraded my contract to include the plumbing.

I have boiler and heating cover with Flamecare and I asked them to remove a radiator and come back again to put radiator back on after I dealt with the plaster, they charged me a fair price for this, they came when they said they would and did a brilliant job and cleaned up also. I highly recommend this company. If you need boiler and heating cover you will find no better company than Flamecare. I love these guys.

Having been with BG for over 20yrs and fed up with charges spiralling and unable to make appointments, I contacted Flamecare on the recommendation of a friend. Boiler serviced, radiator sorted and heat in house back up to 100%. Engineer was courteous, tidy and efficient and the office team couldn't have been more helpful. Very happy to be supporting a local business instead of a greedy national.

Shaun, Jack and Leo did an excellent job fitting our new gas boiler. The boiler and pipe work had to be relocated and they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with all aspects of it. We've been using Flamecare's maintenance service for a few years so they were our first call when we decided to replace the old boiler. Their service has always been good. We were quoted a very fair price and the installation went perfectly according to the quote. Sean and his colleague made a what seemed a difficult job look easy and were very pleasant guys. The backup from Vicky in the office was very good at all stages. All were a credit to the business. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Flamecare over all others and will be using their maintenance service in the future.
Shaun and his trainee did an excellent job on our problematic radiator. I have never seen anyone work harder and faster. They had nine radiators to keep checking, five of them upstairs then checking pipe work in the garage. They were very pleasant and polite and clean workers. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

So much better than British Gas, when my old boiler developed a leak and faults British Gas left me without Central Heating and no hot water for more than 7 days, Simon from Flamecare called and gave me a quote for a new boiler, which I had fitted and since then I have never had a problem. We have been with Flamecare for 10+years, excellent service our recent call out was seen to within 30mins of calling - bath tap loose with follow up repair work done by Sam work completed to high standard would highly recommend.
I have had a service contract for several years with Flamecare to cover my central heating system plus plumbing and drains. I have been very happy with the maintenance of my central heating system but have not needed to call upon the additional cover. Today I had a plumbing emergency and was amazed and impressed that the fault was fixed within an hour of my original call. A rating of "very satisfied" does not do justice to such a brilliant performance!

This is a superbly organized company from top to bottom, I took the full cover plan when my combi boiler makers warranty expired as it gave me peace of mind that should any thing occur it would be quickly rectified, as it is I have had to call FlameCare 3 times and on each occasion they have responded immediately. Two of the calls were for central heating issues and one for a leaking toilet and all attended to on the same day. I had an issue with an outside water leak which required excavating to carry out the repair and although it was not within their remit they arranged for the work to be carried out at a fraction of the cost Severn Trent Water quoted me and then reinstated the concrete. So to sum up prompt, efficient, polite, and excellent value for money.

Great service! Woken up by overflow pipe running full bore, and found main stop valve in kitchen not working!! Called Flamecare 9am spoke with Katie in the office and explained my dilemma! She arranged for Sam, one of their Engineers, to call round virtually straight away. By 11.15am Sam had turned off main in pavement replaced washer in my stop valve, and replaced the ballcock valve on cold water tank in loft. All under the boiler and plumbing contract I have with Flamecare. As I say fantastic service I highly recommend them

Had a service agreement with them for many years and recently contracted them for a new combi boiler and radiators. First class installation and after sales as I had a radiator making a knocking noise a week after. Within half an hour of calling Flamecare about the issue an engineer was looking at the radiator. Never had a problem with them. Totally reliable and Simon and office staff are always willing to help. Great teamwork and highly recommended.

As members of the FlameCare central heating scheme we have always been well satisfied with their service. On this occasion, when we used them for work beyond our scheme cover, they provided further excellent service. Arrangements for the job were made efficiently by office co-ordinator Katie and the work was carried out professionally by engineer Jack. At all times we were treated in a friendly, helpful and considerate manner and we would recommend FlameCare wholeheartedly.

We had a new boiler fitted. The work was done without fuss or mess, as agreed. Everything was left in good order, and the workers were polite and friendly. All in all highly satisfied.
I had a wonky hot tap, and Sean of Flamecare had it sorted in a few seconds. I'm covered for plumbing with Flamecare and as no new materials were needed there was no extra charge. I've used the firm for several years and find them reliable and efficient.
Took a service policy out with them in December, at the same time I asked them to quote or the re-hanging of two radiators. They arrived at 8am last Saturday, 3 guys, 2 vans and all masked up, this after phoning me the evening previous to confirm arrival time. The day before we had encountered another problem which I did not tell them about until they arrived. The '3 way distributor valve' had stopped working, 1 van went and got one and fitted at the same time as hanging the radiators so they replaced it on the same visit, this was included in my service agreement. I paid a fair price for the re- hanging of radiators. Later that afternoon, I noticed a small leak from one of the radiator fixings, nothing too much and they arrived at 8am on the Monday to sort it, pretty sure they would have come out quicker had I thought it warranted it. All work completed, much appreciated and a very good start to our relationship.

Have had a heating service contract with FlameCare for many years after moving from British Gas, and following recent annual service a fault was found with the boiler flue reading, the cause was quickly identified and a new seal was ordered and fitted. The boiler was re commissioned and now back up and running fine, excellent service considering the boiler is 23 years old! Many thanks to Shaun and the staff at FlameCare, I highly recommend them as the age of my boiler does not phase them and there is no pressure from them to have a new boiler fitted, as I understand happens with many of the national companies, but when I do choose to change the boiler FlameCare will be my first choice!

Called Flamecare on 29th June 2020 around 8.30am, as I had no hot water. An engineer arrived within 20mins. He left to pick a part up that was needed and by 10.30am all was fixed. This company was fantastic from start to finish and I'm now in the process of joining there service plan. I highly recommend this company.
