Trusted trader? I don't think so! Don't waste your time with these guys - as they'll only waste yours. Tried to establish contact with David for a quote via a number of means. He ignored the phone and text messages, eventually replying via email. Arranged a date and time for him to visit my property - it came and went with him not showing up - no contact or apology was made to explain his no show. I emailed him afterwards to ask what happened. He couldn't be bothered to reply. You have been warned. I suggest they be removed from your panel of "trusted" traders.

They were recommended by relatives. Had them come to price up repairing cracks in walls and ceilings and also re-board 2 ceilings. Had a parent present while work was done and he had to tell the worker when he was re-plaster boarding ceilings that the screws were not going into the joists and a lot did not. Also the cracks re- appeared after 6 months took many phone calls to try and get him back to correct as not only did the previous cracks appear more besides. Was given a date to return with a plan to sort out the problem. The week came and went tried to call but my calls where not answered.
