I have used CRD twice in the last 6 years, always delighted with their service. I have just bought a new laptop and didn't have to think twice about who to ask to migrate 11 years of data. I left my pc's with them - 3 days later I was told I could collect them. Big thanks to Dylan and Gary for their work, help and advice and very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend them.
Really good with a tricky software problem. They told me up front what it might cost. In the end it cost less. Throughout the process, they kept me in touch with the issues and what they intended to do, so I will use them again.

Contacted Dylan at Computer Repairs about my problems with loading / setting up anti-virus software. PC was checked with diagnostics and anti virus successfully loaded. Process explained by Dylan and paid agreed very reasonable amount. Also explained that upgrade of OS to Windows 11 would not be practical on dated hardware. Saving me wasting money. Many thanks, recommend and will use to purchase our next PC.

The additional laptop memory is great. A big improvement. Unfortunately the hard disc also had to be replaced but I did have a full backup taken. Nevertheless it has taken some effort to set up the PC as I want it. The results are great.

I've used this team to sort out PC and laptop problems for a number of years. Good service, helpful staff and fair prices and as a bonus, now that they have moved from Borrowash to Spondon the parking situation is much improved! I would be very surprised indeed if anyone had an experience different from mine.
After extensive use over 11 years, my Laptop was showing its age and battle scars, last month an accident with the screen and its hinges, caused it to part company with the laptop. I thought it was time to replace an old friend, however I took it to see Keith at Computer Repairs Derby, he thought he could give it a new lease of life. 10 days later I collected my refurbished Laptop and charged me considerably less than buying a new Laptop I thoroughly recommend Keith and Computer Repairs Derby.
